The view and the location. Very comfortable apartment. Service was fantastic.

Only thing and it is pretty much any underground parking area not just this one. Very tight space

It was a quiet room, well appointed & suited us perfectly.

No information about what can be recycled. Eg we can only recycle certain plastic products where we live & our son who was with us can recycle all plastics. The receptionist told us, “oh we just thought everyone knows what to recycle”. Otherwise it was a good stay although the bed was very soft - not good for my back.

the location ws perfect for our adventure. We visited to go to a show at theTweed Sports Club so we were just a hop skip and jump away from the venue. The view of the beach and coastline from the balcony was very pleasant. Beds in the second bedroom were extremely comfortable.

the bed in the main bedroom was very low and the mattress sat inside the frame with about a 30cm edge. Was very difficult in get in and out of for someone with a hip problem.

Unfortunately it rained our entire stay but my kids still used the pool & beach.

Key was not available when I arrived. It took some effort to obtain the key. The staff were pleasant but it was inconvenient and stressful. I thought I was paying a higher rate for a high floor with ocean views I ended up with a room with ocean glimpses and only if I went onto the balcony and bent over the balcony to see those glimpses.

Reception Staff are not tuned in to the customer service vibe- have stayed a few times and joked to my wife that my goal was to get a smile out of them- still waiting

Spacious, good facilities, easy access to restaurants and beach.

When we arrived there was a clump of hair on the arm chair in the bedroom and another in the ensuite. Easy enough to pick up however given the cost of the accommodation you would not expect to see this.

Fantastic view. Loved the three bedroom apartment right across from the beach. The never ending ice in the freezer and free flowing cold water was a bonus, as was the speakers with a great built in playlist for easy holiday listening. Beds were super comfy. Wonderful friendly staff at check in. Will return xxx

House keeping letting themselves in before checking out felt a little rushed. En-suite shower had pink soap scum built up around the edges :/

Proximity to beach, cafes, restaurants was excellent.Oceanfront view or mountain view were both great, Lovely sunset over the mountains.

Could have been a little cleaner. Reception only staffed during business hours.You can only access your floor via lift so if staying with family you can’t go directly to their floor

Perfect location, walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and entertainment. Beach view was amazing. Beds were comfy and apartment provided many cooking utensils.

The laundry was in the main living area but we managed it well, but who cares we were on holidays
