Great location, clean and comfortable.

Kitchen appliances need replacing..microwave interior coating damaged making microwave unsafe to use...oven rusty and pans provided rusty, covered in foil to hide the rust. Curtains in bedroom had mould on inside window frames coated in thick dirt. Contacted Booking.com to advise of issues they initially responded by saying we could leave and would be refunded. We advised unable to find similar property with the same views and requested a 20% discount..No response received from Booking.com to this request!!!

Could be a little cleaner & more supplies like hand wash, laundry powder, toilet paper etc.

Excellent location. Very obliging management team. Bed was the most comfortable we have had on this trip....

Exceptional Burleigh hill ocean views and the staff were most accommodating for both our cars which we were most grateful for as parking is problematic. The unit itself was self contained with everything you need.

Saturday night’s and weekends can be noisy but generally it’s holiday noise and music.

The tasteful renovations of the unit, bed was very comfortable, location sensational and Managers fantastic.

Couch could have been a bit more comfortable however we were not inside too often.

Little bit old school for the price I thought and the internet would t work for the telly for the kids to settle at night but it is an amazing location and we had an absolutely lovely time. The hosts there were lovely and tried everything to fix the internet issues. Loved our stay.

being an older unit on level 5 felt not safe for young children. Low railings and poor OHS .very small garage which didn’t fit our car into.&very difficult to get street parking.

Fabulous views. Easy to get to, plus short walk to the beach, National Park and shops. Such lovely helpful staff.

The location and view from the balcony was amazing. The sea breeze also kept the place very cool and open to the world outside. The hosts were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. We will return.

Extremely comfortable bed!! Great views and location!

A bit dated but not really a concern in regards to price and location. A few cockroaches, but Ryan had informed us he had previously put a bomb to get rid of them so again, it was fine.

Beds are pretty firmNo air con which was super hot when it wasnt windy

Location was fabulous, view was incredible, manager was super helpful and friendly. Our apartment was exactly as the images on booking.com showed. We were stunned. The most gorgeous time capsule by way of the lift, so beautiful.

The only drawback was the construction next door and there's nothing the managers can do about that. I would happily stay again.
