Lovely large apartment with spectacular views, and a great location.

The construction around there made it hard to get around but at least Management advised of this prior which was the right thing to do. We stayed there due to the location

Location was great. Parking in the basement. View. Lots to do within walking distance. Price was good. Kids loved the indoor pool.Staff lovelyGreat sound proofing to block out the noise - if you are happy to not open the doors

The construction that went on from 6am to 6pm 6 out of 7 days of our stay. Not from the light rail, that we did not notice. The buildings being built alongside. It is not their fault at all.Pool was great - but overlooked and shadowed by the construction next door so not very pleasant to relax with the noise and continuous shade.Amazing view. Apart from the two massive cranes right infront of the balconyGreat location - until you have to leave and wait up to 10 minutes for the traffic management to let you out.

Beautiful view.Loved the pool, clean & inviting.Great location. Easy walk to shops & restaurants.

Have previously stayed there we had a good idea what to expect

Only one roll of toilet paper in each toilet and not full rolls.This caused problems

It was very dirty, used bandaid in the bathroom and food scraps all through the cupboards in the kitchen and dirty oven trays

Disappointed you should not be renting this apartment until it has been refurbished

We were not informed the pool was closed our apartment was shoddy stained carpet cupboards with doors hanging off missing utensils broken utensils

The location is excellent

The construction noise… it was constant; even on Saturday. So not able to sleep in and had to keep the sliding doors shut.

Very dated apartment, lacking care and basic maintenance. Great location and view but room 23A seriously needs some attention for the money you pay. Friends in other apartments in the same building had a nice experience compared to ours.

Nice location, great ocean view. Unfortunately the indoor pool and spa were closed for maintenance. Outdoor spa was open but not working. Bathroom spa also not working. No bubbles to be had anywhere. We were offered the use of indoor pool and spa in another hotel facility 10 min walk away.

Location, Booked a two bedroom apartment and used the second bed own for five of the fourteen days, plenty of room to get about, even when locked down for three days during the one in twenty year cyclone. The building has a backup generator and we had electricity all of the time.The indoor and outdoor pool is excellent and the other facilities, tennis court and bbq while not used looked great.The location is so close to the Burleigh township that it was easier to walk than try to get a park down town.The surf club is id3al for a morning coffee or ice cream after 10am when you have walked down the beach.

The first night had us in a very dirty room, 23C which we complained about when the desk was manned the next morning after arriving late. We were given a new room, 16B and while the units are getting a little tired it was clean and were well stocked with kitchen utensils, plates etc. the two building sites in front were a little distracting starting work at 7:30 to 4pm, we were generally out on the beach or visiting friends that it did not disturb us much.

Fantastic view from our apartment, it was super quiet and really clean. really enjoyed our stay .

the pools didn't seem to be cleaned regularly.

The location was great

Cleanliness wasn’t great. There was mould in the bathroom on the roof. The soap dispenser was disgusting and we could lots of rubbish just under the couch along with a whole pack of crayons. Cutlery in the kitchen wasn’t very clean and we had no dishwashing tablets or extra bin bags.

It was stunning, close to the beach. It was just beautiful

Unfortunately the two towers going up in either side made relaxing a little hard. The noise was terrible at some points

Good location, good size, nice pool/s, great view from balcony.

Whilst not the propertys fault unfortunately the construction noise on either side of the building that goes on all day starting early morning, made pool unusable and unpleasant to even be on the balcony making the holiday less relaxing than planned.

Great location, amazing sea views and in close proximity to local cafes, shopping and bars

Constant construction 6 days a week

Really friendly and helpful staff. I enquired about purchasing some cheap body boards for the kids and they kindly lent me some that had been left behind. Location was amazing with the beach opposite and only a few min walk into burleigh. Two swimming pools, one indoors and a steam room also made things great if it was raining.

Sadly there is two rather large construction sites either side of the property which will no doubt block off the incredible views of the beach when they are done. Work kicked off every morning at 6:30am which was rather noisy. I can’t blame the accommodation for this but it may be important in the coming years.

View was lovely, great to have an indoor and outdoor pool. Nice cosy apartment. It was great to have aircon in all rooms and seperate bathrooms.

Construction either side of apartment. Bit noisy and could be dirty at times when down by the pool. But completely unhelped and was fine with it. It was still a great stay and would stay again.

our family likes the sunrise and the ocean view.we enjoy walking on the sand with the splash of water.
