Location

Not Clean, one role of toilet paper role, just one small sampoo for 5 days, kitchen utencils are not cleaned, and not enough for 4 people in each apartment. Highly not recomemned for this to anyone. even after calling reception a toilet rolle not has been given. Very dissapointed. Just two towels for 5 days

Comfortable beds and lots of room

The privacy and space

I liked the location (close to our head office), and the rooms were lovely and clean. The after hours check in was a little clunky and also an alwarm went off somewhere at like 1am and woke me up. I don't know if the alarm was within the hotel but my colleagues who were staying in building 3 (I was in building 2), also woke to it. Understand this may not have been preventable or actionable by the hotel but just mentioned it in case.

Such a small thing but I would have loved better coffee satchets rather than International Roast. But again, its only a small thing :-)

Good location, main bedroom was spacious.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment as one of our friends was with us. The second bedroom was a box room with no windows, the only bathroom was a jack and Jill which was awkward! We were unable to get out onto the terrace from the living space as we were not given the key, it had to be accessed through the main bedroom not ideal. There were no hangers in the wardrobe? Not a show stopper but usually there are a couple. The furniture in the living space was grubby but other than that relatively clean. We were supposed to get 2keys but never got one of them. It looked like there was only 2 staff for the whole complex and they both tried their best but seemed agitated and stressed. But both were very polite and informative.

The basement carpark is good and easy to use. The pool area with the beach sand and the hot tup are quite good.

Where should I begin... We booked a "Deluxe Two-Bedroom Apartment" with view on to the pool which we paid over $280 for, for only one night. That was a big rip-off. There was nothing deluxe, only old, tired and dirty. At first they put us into a smelly and dirty ground floor apartment without any view. Everything was so old, it was shocking. So when we complained, they put us in another apartment, one with pool views, but also extremely dirty. The furniture was old and uncomfortable. The apartment was so dirty, we didn't want to use anything, we didn't even try to sit on the sofa.

Lovely apartment, clean and quiet. Kids thought the pool was fantastic! Good location and easy check in and check out process.

Apartment was clean but the hallway was very smelly! Also a resident had a dog that barked all day.

pool and spa were enjoyable albeit the pool was a bit grubby around the grouting area and the spa had a floor of sand.

shower recesses were dirty and doors not closing properly, wifi/internet didn't work, limited utensils (3 forks in an apartment for 4 people), no broom, mop or vacuum to clean if something spilt, fans were dirty.

The rooms were so spacious, and i love that each room had its own bathroom. There is plenty of storage in the unit, and the balcony was a good size. We faced the pool which was great.

The containers in the shower could have been filled with soaps and shampoos instead of the little tubes left out. Even bars of soap for each bathroom would have been ideal. The television was quite small also, and time for an upgrade :)

We liked the room and facilities like sauna and poolZ

Check-in process took so much time because we are checking in after 6 p.m.

Ease of check in. Facility had been refurbished. I have stayed a few times and some of the apartments were tired. This apartment was excellent

Nothing really

Apartment was lovely and large, comfortable beds.

For an apartment that can sleep up to 8 people having only 5 plates and bowls, limited cutlery and cooking equipment is not ideal. Some of the utensils were broken and pots/pans not made for the induction cook top.

Broken socket in kitchen, batteries in remotes all dead, and walking 3 km for a cigarette

Rooms were spacious, tidy and well laid out would 100% stay again.

Parking

Honestly, my advice is to avoid staying here. They are playing "bait & switch". The rooms were DISGUSTING and nothing like the promo photos, which must have been taken @ 10 years ago - the rooms were run down and need a lot of maintenance - the only redeeming feature is the pool area

Our stay was a disaster; the rooms need so much maintenance, are disgusting and dirty & nothing like the sales photos. mold on ceilings, leaking showers, lots of broken items in the rooms, 2 single beds pushed together to make a double, a moldy cot with no bed base, wet blankets on the deck & exclusive carparks allocated to multiple guests to name just a few issues. The manager said the owners won't spend money on any maintenance even though they sorely need itWe stayed in rooms 1112 & 1311 and made them relocate us - even then, the so-called top line rooms we changed to were really quite basic

Easy access from the highway but set back off main roads, so the room and balcony were very quiet. Each room is individually owned so you will get a variety of comfort, decor and layouts but we hit he jackpot. If i could choose the same room every stay i would - great balcony for a toddler to roam, easy ground level access to the pool and foryer to leave for walks. Really impressive, i almost want to gatekeep :)

Residents (older) seemed judgmental about us in the pool area, like we were invading their space which to a degree is understandable and just something you deal with staying in a long and short term resort.

Great service apartments. Value for money and the rooms were clean and spacious. Good location nearby the theme parks with restaurants and a convenience store nearby. The pool was good and the parking was allocated.

Location. Size of apartment, pool, spa, secure parking. The ability to cater for ourselves with a supermarket near by.
