Staff in restaurant were excellent and the veiw great even tho raining.

Only one power point worked in the room which made it hard to use my CPAP machine

We really enjoyed our overnight stay even though it was raining & windy.The room was exceptionally clean & the bed was very comfortable.It was great being able to just walk downstairs to have a few drinks & dinner.Would highly recommend

The rooms were spacious.

The complimentary coffee vouchers were only valid with a breakfast purchase, which wasn’t clearly communicated upfront. As we weren’t having breakfast, we paid separately for coffee. Unfortunately, the quality of the coffee was disappointing.

The views and staff were absolutely lovely, and the room was very clean and spacious.

The AC was incredibly noisy it cooled the room down however it was a very hot night so we needed to leave it on and it became very irritating which made it quite difficult to sleep.

The view was excellent, great location

shutters between the bedroom and bathroom very dusty on one side , picture rail tiles in bathroom dusty, the bed was very soft on one side made like you were rolling off

Quiet and comfortable. Very convenient location to visit points of interest and restaurants.

The city views from balcony both day and night are amazing.

Room was very dated 80's/90's and the room had a nasty wet wool carpet stench.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The view was spectacular. It is a good bouncing off point to explore the region.

After our room was downgraded upon arrival, I decided not to waste anymore money there. We thoroughly enjoyed eating elsewhere! Thunderbird park buffet breakfast! Yum!Empty carpark on Saturday night! Lol

Didn't appreciate being downgraded after booking & paying for a room with a bath a month in advance...Duty manager initially offered $15 off for the downgrade. Stating no one under the age of 18 is permitted in a room with a bath.Blamed booking.com for the stuff up but I asked to see that on THEIR website & it doesn't exist she couldn't find it anywhere...... The place is outdated & relying on the view to make the experience, forgetting the importance competency & hospitality.Plenty of beautiful views, better rooms/ facilities & far better hospitality elsewhere at Mt Tamborine...Not worth the disappointment

View was exceptional. Food was pretty good.

The room was not great. All the doors all over the hotel were grubby as hell. The key was extremely difficult to operate to get in the room. We were just told to hold the door in whilst turning the key. But that didn't work. The other key that was meant to go in the slot in the door had to be forcibly jammed in. The sliding door to the patio had to be lifted up with both hands in order for it to slide open. There was no wifi in the room and the TV did not have any working channels. We asked for a DVD player for the room but couldn't watch anything due to poor volume.

For some reason they put me in a disabled room with a bathroom that only had a sink and no vanity
