Great resort, awesome facilities & activities for kids. The pool was beautiful & right across the rd from the beach & surf club. There was a games room & a huge DVD library. Underground carpark so great security for your car. Staff were also very polite.
Bedroom at the front of unit & next to the walkway meant it was a bit noisy in the morning but seriously not that bad. A good reason to get up & enjoy the sunshine GC has to offer. Unfortunately one of the lifts was broken & made it a little difficult but staff were doing their best to fix promptly.
Amazing array of facilities like mini golf, play room, multiple pools, spas etc. The room we got was exceptionally large, would be great for a family (two bedroom apartment).
The location, that is it
It was extremely dated. I booked two apartments and I paid the most expensive price for them and they had NO balcony, this and the lights were the worst part of the stay..!!The lights are so bright outside the master bedroom and the blinds you have do not block it out at all, so the bedroom is quite bright throughout the whole night. I have never felt so violated financially paying the price I did for that apartment x 2. The manager has no idea how to talk to customers. Having 2 x apartments booked, I sent an email very early weeks before requesting that if one room could be ready (not both) at approximately 2:30 pm, I got there at 3:30 and nothing was ready, pretty poor that at least one couldn’t be ready
The facilities for children and teenagers were amazing. They have a games room that’s fully equipped to keep everyone entertained.
Lacked good quality places to eat around the outside area.

Lift wasnt working, coffee machine wasnt working, lack of coffee and hot chocolate, spa jets not working, requested high room or room with a view and booked weeks in advance but we were given a low room with no view. We were told to book through bookings but there was no option for us to select high floor with a view.

Still under construction on the highway in front of the hotel although it doesn't affect accommodation and sleep at night but traffic is a bit annoying.
