Pros +
- The location was good.
- Great location, close to shops and a good swimming pool.
- Location. Friendly staff. Free parking.
Cons -
- The beds were very uncomfortable. No door on ensuite. No plug for sink in kitchen.
- There was one light that didn't work but we didn't want to mention since it was the weekend and it didn't really bother us. It would be good to have pool towels provided and not have to ask/pay for them.
- Tired apartment and property overall. Dirty dishes left in dishwasher from previous guests. Broken toilet seat. No spare toiler paper. AC in living room only. Overall, just felt really tired and due for an update or at least some maintenance.

Outdoor area immaculate and well kept. The two pools were lovely to swim in each day. Air conditioner was serviced while we were there which was good to know it was clean.
Apartment 38 overall cleanliness could be better. Bedroom 1 fan was covered in dust, had to get up on the bed and clean it before use otherwise dust would have got over the bed. Under the bed also needs to be vacuumed, too much dust behind bed head which can easily be got to with a vacuum cleaner. Fan in lounge room covered in dust and therefore , did not clean and did not use it.Dirty cutlery left in the dishwasher along with glassware and cups filthy, had to put through the dishwasher before using. TV needs to be replaced as the colour pixels are going and it is very blue (minor issue I know but ice when watching ice hockey should be white not blue).Having stayed in this same apartment 2 years ago, disappointed that the cleanliness had gone downhill.
Apartment itself was very clean and location was good.
We specifically asked for a ground-floor unit near the pool, but were placed on the top floor instead. Be aware that this complex has **no lift**, which we weren't told in advance.Hauling luggage and young children up and down four flights of narrow stairs was a nightmare. Since we arrived in the middle of the night and left early morning, it was impossible to be quiet, which surely disturbed other guests. The walls are also quite thin; we could clearly hear neighbouring TVs and conversations. If you have kids or heavy bags, I’d suggest looking elsewhere or confirming a ground-floor unit before booking.
Location is great , amenities are great, two pools on a canal 50 metres from the Broadwater walking path. staff was very friendly and helpful Under cover private parking
No aircons in the bedrooms so super hot at night. Beds are thin and hard not comfy at all Carpet looks like original with heaps of stains on them in the bedrooms needs replacing Ensuite door missing on main bedroom so smells engulf the bedroom room when used very unpleasant. Unit needs pest spraying as there was little mites crawling around in main bedroom. Unfortunately we couldn't get a refund or we would have moved when we turned up. Otherwise it's a great spot
Swimming pool was great - nice having a warm and a cool pool. Easy access to pool from apartment. Managers/Reception staff were kind and helpful. Good location for movie world and wet 'n wild, close to shops and takeaway. Apartment was fairly spacious.
Far from a proper surfside beach (close to broadwater and a lagoon right outside apartments, but nearest beach is near Surfers Paradise). Our apartment was ok, but needed a bit of an upgrade in terms of furnishings and kitchenware. (I think some of the other apartments were better furnished though).
Location was good for what we needed.
Parking wasn’t very good. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we got there and there was also a dead cockroach in the main room.
The apartment was a great size and clean and newly renovated
Staff and location
Not clean and all appliances are outdated.
The set up, pools and the pontoon were great for our door BBQs with family etc
Rooms require some much need TLC. Room was very dated. Air con wasn't bug enough to cool unit and no ceiling fans and wholes in the screens.
Good location great staff good to have 2 pool temperatures walk to beach
A lot of owners residing in complex a lot of rules pool - 'no Marco polo' or any ball gamesResidents told kids 'can't you read rules'Apartment decor a bit dated
The pool was very lovely. The staff were also friendly
I didn’t like that the room states air conditioning, but apparently the complex description states only air conditioning in the living room. So was very unhappy to see no air conditioning in the bedrooms. With young kids needing daytime naps it was a sauna in the room. Couldn’t open the windows because there were tears in the fly screen and all of the doors rattled with the wind. Not given any hand soap only body wash. Toaster was shit. Feels like with some better upkeep this could be a very nice play to stay, but whoever owns the unit isn’t looking after it at all.
Really lovely comfortable apartment that had everything anyone needs on hand. The shopping mart only a short walk away is also very handy
The rooms could do with air conditioning for summer.25 degree nights make for a hard nights sleep
Passable
No door on the ensuite in main bedroom. Car parking was 1.9m, so not applicable for our 4wd (we should have checked). Only one aircon for two bedroom unit. Bedrooms were incredibly hot and all doors had to remain open.
Good location
Need some staff members on weekends Need more focus on cleaning, was dirty cushion dirty couch, cockroach was in bedroom
Family friendly and comfortable and nice amenities
Carpets definitely needed a freshen up and some furniture upholstery and pillows were marked .
Great location, aesthetically lovely unit, nice pools, quiet area, beautiful gardens, direct access to the canal. There was a dishwasher, and a combined washer/dryer which were very handy. The staff were lovely.
The unit smelled like an ashtray despite signs allover the place saying no smoking. It looked lovely on the surface but up close, cleaning could have been more thorough. Kitchen supplies were adequate but not ideal eg the induction frypan had bits peeling off it and I didn’t like cooking with it. The beds were not comfortable at all.
We loved the location and size of the apartment for our family with 3 active kids. The pool was fantastic and the grounds well maintained. The apartment had 2 balconies one overlooking the pool and one overlooking the water which was more private.
It geta very bright very early would appreciate some darker curtains the kids were up extremely early with the sun. The curtains moved with fan on which meant the outside lights kept shining in my eyes.
If you’re looking for somewhere quiet, tidy and low-key, this place ticks a few boxes… The positives first, because there are several. The location is peaceful, with a small local market and basic food options nearby, which is handy if you don’t feel like driving far for essentials. The gardens are well maintained, the pools look inviting, and the overall grounds are tidy and pleasant. There is onsite parking, which is a bonus, although be warned, it is very tight. Anything larger than a small car will require patience, spatial awareness and possibly a deep breath. The apartment itself had clearly been recently renovated, though to a very basic standard. Clean and functional, yes, but with some quirks. The lack of bathroom ventilation and the absence of a door on the ensuite made for an experience that was, at times, more “open plan” than one might prefer. That said, it’s only a two-minute walk to the water, even if it’s not really a swimming spot.
Now, the less delightful bits. Bedding was… an adventure. An incredibly hard double bed....(not Queen!) Only sheets were on the bed and a scanty rug approx 1m wide available, Found covers on spare single beds but no actual duvets in sight. This resulted in a very cold first night. Day two became a scavenger hunt, eventually locating a spare blanket hidden in a wardrobe in the spare room. Bonus challenge: the wardrobe doors were off their runners, making access feel like a mild upper-body workout.Service-wise, this is very much a self-serve experience. Despite arriving on a Saturday for a stay through to Monday, there was no human reception available over the weekend. We did receive an SMS on arrival at 2pm Saturday asking us to come and complete paperwork the following morning… except no one was there. We checked out at the prescribed 10am on Monday and, once again, no staff in sight. If you enjoy independence, this may suit you perfectly. In terms of value, it’s worth considering what you want from your stay. If your plan is to visit beaches, Surfers Paradise or attend events, be prepared to drive. Public transport options are limited, and there’s no nearby tram. Once you factor in parking fees, Ubers or travel time, you may find that your money could be better spent on an apartment closer to town.
