Yes I was very un happy with the standard & service of the hotel when arrived the bin in the room haven't been changed so the room had the most UN plasent smell iv also been charged for an extra night I canceled the booking for the 21st July?

Location but saying that it was very noisy with traffic. Decent price for what you get.

Place wasn’t clean. Stains everywhere; bed cover/chairs/walls, really dusty aircon coated with it, shower head for children and mould. my laptop screen was bigger then the tv. Sheets were clean though.

Outside presentation was lovely.

Cobwebs in the room.

Sandy linen, infested kitchen, noisy main road proximity, dated pretty much everything.

There was empty drug satchels in the draw I had to share 2 seperate room with my family so I couldn’t stay with my partner cause the kids there was no plug for the sink 1 towel 1 toilet roll the carpet stank like smelly feet the heatpumps were so dusty we cleaned them ourself the staff was rude you couldn’t leave a pair of shoes out the front near door I was charged 140 dollars for 2 broken cups it was the most worse exper I’ve ever had at a hotel will not recommend it to anyone unless things changed it also cost 7 and a half grand just to stay for 15 days needs new owners

The location was great. Whilst reception was never open when I went there, the owner was always only a phone call away responding to any queries promptly and in detail before we arrived, whislt there and when we left.

That reception was not open when I needed things, but that's such a minor issue

location close to beach however was very noisy in my room near the road continual traffic on busy road

security was poor, no latches on the windows no chain on the door. continually killing bugs looked like mini cockroaches shower dirty and mould on the walls. if my booking was refundable I would have left

The only thing I liked was the location

Mouldy shower filthy pillows 2 towels and only 2 thin pillows but if you ask for more towels or pillows it's $5 per item

The location. Close to shops snd other attractions.

I lost count of how many cockroaches I had to kill. I also found a few large strange hairballs while making the bed. The place was not cleaned.

The pool area was lovely.

In our 2 week stay we only get the 2 towels and bed linen was not changed. A weekly room clean and service would be nice or even just provide a broom. Beds were shot. Bathroom was very moldy.

Mary Lieu , was a very helpful and polite manageress. The accommodation was very clean and all facilities in good working order. I will return to Harbourside in the future.

Mould in shower, off milk, no top sheet, had to buy decent pillows, permanent resident warming up diesel car at 4am every morning filled room with fumes.

Appreciated the amenities

Room had cockroaches. One of the staff tried to unlock my room while I was there without warning. Wanted to know why I was in room 102 when he had the key to 202. I was really confused. Then the next day knocked on my door with the same question and then asked where my mum was. I had no idea what was going on. Made it really uncomfortable after that and difficult to enjoy my stay.

There was no room housekeeping, so we ran out of tea coffee milk etc

The location is great with parking space, room is big, shower is great, strong and full of hot water. Bed is reasonable comfort.

Big mirror against to the bed. Very noisy outside the road, but it's not the hotel's fault. The lock for the door is too simple.

Close to where I needed to be.

Furniture is 'cheap and nasty' so bed was uncomfortable. Appears to be long term tenants in the building who 'think they own the place'.

Decent sized coffee mugs.

An extremely unwelcoming arrival. Mary the "manager " was rude and accused me of lying. I had arrived 30 minutes prior to the usual check-in time. Mary angrily stated we don't do early check-in. I explained I had messaged requesting an early check-in but she denied receiving the message. I had a copy of the message and her response on my phone! They don't place a hold on the security bond it is debited immediately. And I had to provide an exact departure time. The room itself was dirty and had broken fittings, stained and holey linen, there was an electrical socket hanging off the wall. Bathroom drains broken, mouldy tiles and dodgy lights, I.e. they kept throwing the fuse and we had to constantly turn it back on. A disappointing stay.

It was very clean. Good value for money.

A hot plate for cooking would be great. The mattress felt a bit cheap.

The customer service. Mary Liu was lovely and very accommodating to our late check in.

While overall cleanliness was okay, The heavily grimed and stained sofa lounge cushioning should just be replaced. Strategically placed single bed blanket tucked over to hide very obvious stains a tad tacky. Extremely hard bed. Only 1 pillow per person. Light blanket covering, no extra blanket. Fought for blanket cover each night. Thought about using blanket covering lounge but was too grossed out. Grout grime and mould clearly visible in shower recess, should be addressed.
