5 minutes walk from the center. Very clean. People were so nice and friendly. We enjoyed it.

exceptional host who made sure everything went well. Gary is the ultimate host. The accommodation is perfectly located, close to the beach and near many restaurants. Basic provisions are provided and there are utensils to cook with if you want. Secure underground parking for vehicles.

There is no lift, so if stairs are an issue select a ground floor.

Location was awesome, close to tram, beach, shops. The owners were super helpful and friendly.

Costa D'ora was central to everything we needed and even though we had a car we didn't use it! It was clean, had absolutely everything at our doorstep, Gary our host was exceptional.

If I had to say anything something I would be picking but it would be that the unit itself was perhaps a little dated, but it definitely didn't hinder our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the equipment we needed, decent sized wine glasses, good shower pressure, a comfy bed, what more do you need.

Great location, easy to find and good access. The car parking was very good.

Ran out of hot water very quickly, struggled to have 2 showers in a row. The internet was slow and dropped off regularly

Gary and Helen were the best hosts we have ever had. We absolutely loved our stay in Costa d'Ora, they gave us so many recommendations about what to see and were incredibly helpful.The apartment was very clean and comfortable and it is quiet so you sleep well. It has all amenities and another plus is the location 1 min away from the beach.We will definitely come back.Thank you Gary and Helen

Clean & tidy apartment with all the facilities including covered parking, walking distance to shops & the beach! The hosts Gary & Helen were super helpful & lovely made our short stay a home away from home! Will be back for sure :)

Apartments had all the facilities, the location was great, the owner helped us in planning our visit to different locations and guided us about the transport system which helped us quite a lot, we reached late in the night around 11 p.m. and he was there to receive us, overall and excellent experience.

The manager Gary couldn’t have been more helpful offering us free all day travel passes and a free tour to the top of sky point in the Q1 building.

The couch was not that comfortable

Excellent - a green oasis in the middle of high rises! Location easy to beach, restaurants and trams. Gary was very helpful and considerate. Highly recommend.

Super central stay, just a short walk to the local tram stop as well as local mall and restaurants. Great to have parking included. It was nice to have laundry detergent available for the washing machine. We made a few small meals in the kitchen too.

The aircon unit was a bit temperamental and had to fiddle with the remote to get it to respond. There was a little bit of noise outside but not too bad.

The location is in the center of Surfers Paradise and we were able to visit a lot by foot.Gary and Helen went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Their recommendations for local attractions, dining spots, and hidden gems were incredibly detailed and tailored to our interests, making our explorations effortless and enriching.What stands out most is the genuine passion Gary and Helen pour into their hospitality. Their attentiveness and kindness made us feel like cherished friends rather than just guests. Leaving was bittersweet – we already miss the cozy apartment, the stunning surroundings, and most of all, the wonderful hosts.Thank you, Gary and Helen, for a holiday that felt like a home away from home. Costa D’Ora is an absolute gem, and we can’t recommend it highly enough.

The convenience of it close to beach and Surfers

Internet wifi. We were out all day but would have loved to watch a movie without internet interuptions
