Good location generally clean

Parking was a problem due to a lot of construction meaning no on-site parking.

they have let this place run down on the outside and inside, overall clean , staff friendly and helpful.

The Beach House is due to be demolished soon and it was quite clear there was no maintenance or upkeep of facilities being undertaken. I imagine it would have been a lovely place in the past. In my opinion the price should have been significantly reduced for anyone staying there in the week or two prior to demolition.Quite a bit of noise from people sleeping in the carpark over the road.

I have a new car and always park away from other cars but I had to park in the carpark and someone has hit my car leaving a dent and no note so it ruined my holiday

Comfortable bed, good room size, nice view from room

Very limited onsite parking, only 1 lift working, lift button broken, a bit tired and rundown even though freshly painted.

They advertise parking The parking is a nightmare Only a few parks on site When we wanted to leave construction crew blocked us in so we could not leave Front desk staff rude smirked when we tried to find s as park with no luck

The hotel is old and about to be knocked down.

Car parking

The room was clean and in good condition. The waterside at the pool was good. Good location close to a good surf break. Friendly staff. Close to airport. Close to shops & restaurants. Good access to buses.

The hotel is showing signs of age. The lifts are terrible & only one worked. The pool decking is starting to fail. The pool could do with more regular cleaning. Multiple leaks in the halls & foyer potentially because of recent cy lone & rain.

Rude staff , indifference to greeting and farewell , unfriendly But the cleaning staff were nice and friendly .. they should have been front desk and front desk should be the cleaners

Situated near clubs. Quite comfortable rooms. Nice staff.
