Villa was clean and comfortable, easy to find.

Adults in pool area drinking alcohol and kids pulling pool furniture over to jump in pool. From the conversation it seemed that these were people that lived there.

Unit was clean and beds were comfortable. Thought we had an external ensuite, but were pleasantly surprised to find an ensuite inside the unit

Right under the flight path of the planes.

The staff were lovely and the villa was nice. The kids enjoyed the pool.

There is no longer any play equipment.

I got bed bug bites from neck down to my feet

I requested a villa close to the pool for my down syndrome niece a couple days before arriving. Wow! We got the villa right next to the office/rec room and looked directly at the pool. Thank you, Colette, you and your husband do a fantastic job managing the park. The villa was super clean, water pressure from the shower, perfect and the beds/pillows comfortable. I love a game of 8-ball pool and loved that it was free to play in the recreation room situated off the office. There is no kiosk however, you can purchase basic items, ice creams from the office and there are vending machines throughout the park. We noticed a dog run attached separately from the pool area and will definitely be back with our boy. We went to Scales just down the road - hands down, the best fish and chips cooked fresh and delicious. My cousin who was with us talks to anyone and everyone. We met a group that were there for a reunion, a few permanent residents and enjoyed our 3 days to the point that we will be back.

I have seen a few reviews regarding noise from planes - Yes, but to be honest, after a few beverages, that didn't bother us.

Good location close to the summer Grove estate for a wedding and clean. They also facilitated early check-in for us which was very helpful.

They advertise as having wifi on site however its only available at reception. Originally booked the place under the impression that my villa would have these facilities. They then refused to give a refund or anything.

The park was so clean. The accomdation was comfortable and was self contained. The staff were friendly pleasant and ? happy. The facilities were fantastic. The swimming pool is very nice and clean. The grounds were highly maintained. I highly recommend this park.

The cleanliness, friendly, helpful staff, pool and amenities. Games room. Easy check in after hours.

Unfortunately nothing to be done about it but those low flying planes were hard to get used to.

It was clean and handy to the highway and Coolangatta

It was under the flight path and very noisy from 6am. The fact that the ensuite was outside the cabin was not expected as it was not described like this. Very inconvenient when it’s raining. Not happy with it at all.

Cabin was clean and comfortable

Ensuite bathroom...very dated and had to walk around the other side of cabin to access. Path was obstructed by plants. There are many permanent residents and a fight broke out right near the play area. Park is in direct flight path of the airport.

The cabin was lovely and clean. All the necessities.

The steps in and out of the cabin.The toilet/shower was outside around the offside of the cabin and to the back. Leaving the comfort and safety of the cabin to use the amenities thru the night was not suitable for me.

Not a good lication for us or a very good experience

Advertised as Coolingatta but is actually tweed heads and is quite a distance. Was just about to have breakfast when power was cut off with no warning or explanation then cleaning staff across road were having a full blown screaming match with disgusting language

We liked how clean the cabin was and the facilities were always well maintained. We enjoyed how close it was to everything. Also very family friendly.

We liked everything and couldn’t fault it.
