decor and facilities, the bed was the best hotel bed Ive slept on , pool was stunning

Amazing location close to North Burleigh. Great decor and retro vibe.

Unfortunately there was a lot of noise all night from the current highway roadworks. This is not the fault of the motel and they were very reasonable in allowing me to change my reservation.

The decor was nice & the pool.

It was a virtual check in and no one sent me my code and no one would answer the phone. Check in was 3pm and I had to wait outside until 6pm. I only had one night at this venue so it meant that I could not go off & explore because I had my suitcase.

location was great as such a short walk to the beach! However, right next to tram work so it was very noisy.

No staff on site. Despite this, really good communication via text messaging so made up for it!

Great vibe and service in a very handy location, looking for a home base for a gold coast stay, highly recommend.From book in to check out everything was so easy. Will be back for sure.

Fantastic boutique motel with 70s vibe. Renovations have been done with class. Would definitely stay again.

With the road works makes getting up & down Gold Coast Highway a challenge

I think these kinds of chic motels offer so much more value that hotels. A critical x factor at this gorgeous motel was the sound proofing which is pretty essential on the Gold Coast. Everything worked seamlessly - check in and all the lock codes, air-con etc were easy to use. There was the option to get early check in and late check out too. Parking was a breeze and it's a super secure property. I also really loved the way the wardrobe and extra little tall bar, charging area worked. The room was so spacious I did a long yoga class and meditation session on the floor. The soundproofing was so good I didn't hear ANY of the nearby roadworks. How good is that. They are also have gorgeous rustinc quirky paintings on the walls around the theme of the Shires. LOVE IT!

I always wish for more bathroom storage but the design used every inch of space brilliantly.

The style of the motel. It is very thoughtfully renovated and presented. Accessories were well executed. The rooms comfortable, particularly the bedrooms.

The motel needs on site hospitality reception staff.

This motel has been renovated in a retro style making it a mix of old and new with luxurious accessories like the rainwater shower, coffee maker, T2 tea selection and comfy bed. The motel and rooms are attractively designed throughout and located within a short walk to Miami beach.

It would help to have a small broom to sweep the floor of dust and sand. It could be colour coordinated to match the sea themed design. You need to cross the tram works on Gold Coast Highway. Luckily the traffic lights are within a short walking distance.

On our last day unfortunately the pool was taken over by a big groups birthday party so was practically unable to be used, not relaxing! However we got great use the previous day which was very relaxing and lovely.

Cute, aesthetic motel near the beach. Large room with comfy beds and staff were helpful.

Noisy due to surrounding road works and construction. Also, door lock keypad was temperamental. Code that was provided didn't work. Luckily staff member on site was able to reset and give new code to access room.

The little room had everything I needed and it was all so nice.

Sadly the floors were really gross but the rest was good, I just kept my shoes on.

Firstly, you can’t get past how stunning this place is. The property is well maintained and our room was extremely clean. The location is also fantastic, walking distance to Burleigh and a short drive from everywhere else. The staff were friendly and helpful. On our first night there was a a salsa event which was so fun! The pool is one of the best I have experienced. The vibes are just all round amazing here.

The rooms don’t have a sink other than the bathroom one, which can be hard to fill up bottles etc. but very minor issue. Could also do with maybe some extra towel hangers in the bathroom.

The actually exceeded our expectations and was perfect in every way. The aesthetics were elite, the pool area was so nice, beds comfy, good location. Actually cannot fault. Considering it was only about $200 p/night, I think it was great value

Loved the place, facilities and pool were perfect. Great Aircon and Fan in the room, bed was really comfortable, had a nice feel with the new fitout.

The property was modern and loved the retro aesthetic. It was also priced well and the pool was lovely.

There were ants crawling around the room. There was no milk in the room which it says there should be. There was also no iron or board which it also said there should be. The property is also loud through the night from the ongoing tram works

Great interiors and vibe

Early check in costs $49 but we got good use of it and it was handy. Just a lot to pay.

Location, pool, room, vibe. Had 2 rooms and the 2 bedroom was really spacious

Room was not serviced after night one which after doing a charity rally with no showers or beds for 7 nights was what I was really looking forward to clean towel etc.
