It's overlooking the water, lots of places to eat and the pool is great

The view

Syai s on the curtains and carpet. No curtains in the lounge. Urine smell in the bathroom. TV didn't work.

The room was exactly the way it was advertised. The amenities for very clean and good. Heated pool was "heated". Great stay I would come back!

The apartment required some maintenance repairs which were advised to the reception. The reception information was not clear on the letter and had trouble getting into the building to access the phone. The reception hours were very limited.

Able to just walk wherever I wanted to go

Everything was excellent. The whole establishment was clean and very welcoming

Location, comfort of rooms, car parking, clean, great view, great value

Pool was closed for renovation but they advised us about that… not an issue

biggest disappointment is that there is no reception on weekends, pubic holidays and they don't provide any amenities...didn't enjoy at all

Noise from restaurant downstairs - noise could be toned down a bit

The apartment was very handy and spacious. Easy to use the TV and air-conditioning. Terrific pool and spa area too.

The apartment we stayed in this time was noisy and above the smoking area of the hotel below. The shutters would have helped block out the noise and smoke, but they were jammed and we couldn't close them. Next time we'll ask for an apartment at the other end of the complex. We have stayed in one of those apartments before and it was much quieter.

Location was fantastic and view was superb. Lovely pool and spa area. Nice bar and restaurant downstairs.

A little tired and run down. 2 way bathroom into both bedrooms. Bedroom 2 not really a proper bedroom.. it has a sliding plantation shutter door making it a bedroom.

Great location and 2 bedroom apartment had amazing views. The pool and spa were excellent!

Bathroom was a little dated and seemed to lack ventilation.

Breakfast was great so was the location

Noise from the pub downstairs, the bed was like concrete and the couch was horrible plus bathroom needs a face lift

Breakfast next door was fabulous at the restaurant. The heated pool and spa was a winner.

More towels supplied or for hire. Staff at reception could be friendlier.

Shops rather further than thought

Nice view on the balcony overlooking the beach. The bed linen is clean. Free parking available.

The apartment's smell, and how it remained even on the last day of our 5 day stay. We had the balcony door open 24/7 to try to get rid of the smell, but it still lingered. There is no blanket on any of the beds... only fitted sheets. If you are like me and like to snuggle with a blanket, this will be quite uncomfortable at night. There were also at least 2 nights where the noise of cars and parties downstairs lasted until midnight. One of those nights it was so bad that I had to call the police. Car engines constantly started on and off, which made it impossible to rest. It is also over price, in my opinion. Before we stayed in this apartment, we also spent 2 nights at The Star Grand Hotel, which was exceptionally nice. We paid the same price over here per night, but everything is very basic.

The view was amazing, the size of the balcony was fantastic and the size of the apartment was large. It was really handy having two resturants directly below and great coffee over the road next to the lagoon.

The carpet was a little stained in places. The second bedroom only had a 3/4 height partition between it and the main living space so was noisy when other people were still up.

The location and convenience of the hotel and cafe down stairs

Some of the residents were not very happy about us using the pool and spa or outdoor BBQ area. They complained about the children and noise on a Saturday afternoon.

Easy to get to, and easy for us to travel to our venue.

Could do with an update and repair of tiles in the bathroom.

Great facilities and location for what we needed. Spacious apartment with all amenities. Great when travelling with friends. Kids loved the pool and the BBQ area was fantastic for joined dinners.

Street out front can get quite noisy, not the property's fault but may not suit everyone.
