Large, comfortable apartment, rooftop swimming pool area

Parking is insufficient and expensive.It’s too noisy, with multiple heavy vehicles and construction machinery operating as early as 5:30AM. Sleeping after sunrise is very unlikely.Cleaning could be improved. I found a fake nail on the carpet in my room.There were no water bottles in the room. I’m sure the hotel will green-wash it and claim it’s part of their environmental program, but it’s simply an inconvenient way to save a penny.

Great place to stay. Close to shops, malls and the beach but not crowded. Rooftop pool and BBQ area were awesome.

Sauna needed to be cleaned.

Clean big modern and funky

Lots of comfortable places to sit. Easy drop off and pick up. The apartment was better than I was expecting and the balcony a huge bonus. Fairly close to walk to the shopping centre. Lifts were fast in arriving.

Swimming pool closed, sauna seemed unused and the door was dirty. Steam room seemed unused too and had a bad smell. Bar was closed for snacks one evening bur Kiara was able to give me a dessert to take away. No restaurant on Monday. Nothing much for vegetarians or vegans when I ate there on Sunday but the chef made me a special pasta but there just should be more choices so you don't have to go through that negotiation. Again Kiara was very kind and professional.

The cool atmosphere

The bed was dirty, linen was not changed in check-in and the room was dirty.

We booked this hotel because I had a very early morning in Gold Coast the next day. I truly booked one of the least expensive places on Booking, and had (again) minimal expectations. This place was so great! My favourite place that I have stayed on the Gold Coast. Good location; close to the hospital and shops with some interesting restaurants nearby. The rooms are "apartment style;" way more room than we needed for a single night. The staff were extremely lovely and helpful when we checked in. Fun live music and dancing. Food at the in-house restaurant was very good (though service there was variable depending on who was helping you). Overall very pleased; already booked a return trip for the next time I have an early start in Gold Coast!

Very modern. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great rooftop pool, sauna, and steam room. Staff were excellent - very friendly!

Our room could have been cleaned a touch better, but not enough of an issue to cause a big fuss - although it’s in serviced so no clean during your stay. It does feel like some corners were cut - small things like one wifi network (we had 4 different people try to connect to our Smart TV

Pool could of been warmer

Few extra towels would of been good but not a issue

A continental breakfast was available. The room was large with a separate lounge room, well appointed and comfortable.

We stayed from Monday to Thursday and despite TRYP having 2 restaurants, they were closed except for pizzas being available on Wednesday night.This meant that we, in our late 70’s, had a 1 km walk uphill for evening meals.

Helpful staff with early check-in and an upgrade as well !!! Everything clean especially the shower, which can be a bit underwhelming in some accommodation.

Parking, lobby and bar with continual entertainment (singer, piano player), clean, friendly staff. Shirt distanceb to Gold Coast Private hospital.

Room service dont answer the phone.

The location, the vibe, friendly staff & a room that exceeded expectations. We were given an up grade on arrival & the view was amazing.

Couldn't find anything that we didn't like.

Only issue was a/c was not working in bar/reception area but out of staffs control

Room was phenomenal ! Pool, gym, and sauna were all top tier Great value for money. Not a bad location - out of the hustle and bustle of surfers - close enough to the tram line

The aircon wasn’t working in the foyer, which was a shame. Not much they could do about it.

I liked the facilities and staff. Gavin was amazing and very friendly.

I didn’t like how there was rubbish under the sink from previous hotel users.

Great location beautiful spacious 2 bedroom apartment with skyline view. Nice pool and spa area.

Nothing to complain about

The staff were exceptional, really going above and beyond to make my stay great including an early check in upon request, and a late checkout upon request. They also allowed me to work from a meeting room after check out as I wasn't leaving Southport until later on in the day. Level 16 with the pool, spa, sauna, steam room, gym and bbq area is just great.The rooms were really nice, modern, clean and comfortable.The cafe downstairs did nice coffee and a variety of snacks and sandwiches.I can't comment much on location as I didn't do much in the area, but there are some good asian restaurants about a km away.

The wifi in my room wasn't very good and could be improved (Level 14)
