Loved all the natural trees around the back…nice just to sit and relax!

The light coming in from the back veranda with sheer curtains and the traffic noise! And the stains on the top fluffy blanket was a bit of a turn off…but other than that everything was great!Would be great if they had a little convenience section…hot box or something just to grab a quick bite even!?

The manager had no social skills, I found him quite rude, the air conditioning in Our room leaked after a few hours and wet all of my sons cloths plus the bed, and he blamed me, and said he would let booking. Com a bad review and hung up on me …. I would never stay there again he was just down right rude !!!!!

Everything!!!Extremely arrogant management. Room smelt horrible, something between a wet dog and men’s urinary. We were going to just open everything up and stay but after the children went to ask for bowls for breakfast 10 minutes after we arrived, the very rude manager refused, stating they do not give them out and had none. My children returned upset and uncomfortable from this experience. I went straight to management and asked to cancel reservation as room was not fit for our 2 day stay, due to the fact the kids could not eat breakfast.. and the horrible smell. Management refused, offered another room- this smelt just as bad, still no bowls. We left with our belongings in the room as we had an engagement to go to. Returning at 4pm, I looked further into the matter. The website stated bowls were offered and that there was a kitchen. This is in fact false advertising so we left (room still made clean and beds untouched)This accommodation cost me just under $600. I left and was not given a refund, not even for one night. Single mum taking kids on a holiday, ended up paying for more accommodation in the Gold Cost. Will be writing a complaint to the Australian Fair Trading regarding the false advertising, no bowls on offer in the family room. We left feeling ill to the stomach.

The shower in the room leaking through wall on to carpet. Looks like its happened a few times with the musky carpet smell.

Horrible will never stay there...

We got bitten with bed bugs and the bed was smelly and hard . The noise of the traffic was very loud. There were arguments all night. We had no paper work in the room to notify after hours. The aircon couldn't be used it was think with dust so it was very hot .We couldn't leave the sliding door open cause it had no screen on the door. Not happy at all

Pool was lovely and so were the rooms

We ran 15 mins late after checking out time, we had asked for a late check out but no response. Owners told us we were running late at 5 mins past, 10 mins past and 15 mins past. I guess they were very busy. We were trying to leave but kept having to stop, answer door and explain we were trying to leave. Not their fault but I think once was enough and the other tines just slowed us down.

I liked the garden and pool looked nice. thank you also for accomodating to us.

the staff were difficult to identify, i didn't know if they were guests or staff, do they have name badges or how can you identify them? Also the shower on the last night had very low pressure.

Road noise from Gold Coast Hwy all night, light coming in around curtains, no security at rear slider doors. Anyone can walk past your door.

Older hotel but good location for theme parks Clean and comfortable

The staff were so accomodating and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure and temperature. The room was quiet and comfortable and the air con worked great. Access to the motel was easy and as was parking.

Repairs are needed that would make the place better to stay in eg broken door on bathroom cabinet & leak in shower.

Labels saying to save water in the bathroom and then the plug in the bathroom sink was leaking

Location is ideal for families visiting theme parks with close proximity to shopping centers.

A oven top would be ideal for easy to cook meals.

There was no glass in the front window of our room (there was a security screen) therefore the road noise was excessive.

This was our second time staying at Coomera Motor Inn. The location is perfect if you’re planning on visiting Dreamworld. We’ve been pleased with our stay both times. Would definitely stay here again if going to the theme parks.
