Scenery

The Manager was unhelpful. When shown, mould in bathroom and torn curtains, Was told by him to clean myself and nothing can be done about the curtains.

Nothing it’s a lovely place

Perfect for a large family. Plenty of space. The room was dated, but it served our purpose. Great views from the room and the near-by facilities and esplanade boardwalk were perfect for dinning and leisurely strolls and a bit of exercise.

A refurbish of the room is probably overdue

No exhaust in shower and toilet.Poorly stack kitchen appliances Stains on couch Rattling and whooshing windows noise when air blown form outside can’t sleep peacefully in nightUncomfortable bed mattress specially master bed head just hanging poorly Lastly not enough dark curtains specially in morning when you want sleep bit late

Excellent big room. The decor and furniture are modern.

I found a cockroach inside the utensils shelves.

Needs to be clean thoroughly & appliances in room as we had a broken iron board & noiron

Location was convenient with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Great view of water from balcony.

Kitchen did not have adequate glasses/ wine glasses and was not well equipped if you wanted to cook.

The view was absolutely stunning, the apartment was perfectly clean & the staff were friendly.

Very dated, dirty, old furniture, dirty bathrooms, dirty cupboard and cups.

The location is great. It's close to everything and good cafes are just around the corner. The rooms are spacious and the views are amazing.

Clean , comfortable, value, and great location for our trip . Absolute magnificent views, and to sit on the balcony, relax, and watch the world go by .

Its location

The apartment was not cleaned very well, the smoke detector failed and building manager removed and still didn’t replace. The microwave had mold / ice machine didn’t work / shutters Brocken / lights faulty. All reported to property mgr with absolute NO proactive response to fix anything. It’s clear owners don’t do maintenance and property mgr isn’t good

Spacious unit, nice kitchen. The views were lovely and a beautiful breeze.

Airconditioning in our unit didn't work. Got told on arrival. 'It's really cooling off'. Then after that told the air conditioning doesn't work. The weather was not to bad so didn't need it but it looks like the air conditioning is old and the outdoor unit is rusted. When.letting out a unit it should be expected that things work properly.

Great view sunset and sunrise! Pent house #39 have seen better days. Furniture def outdated and you could smell the musty old stench in the carpet. The only renovated parts were the kitchen and ensuite bathroom. The aircons (2 only) were placed only in the living room (didn’t work well) and kitchen. Kitchen aircon was working well, but no one wanted to be spending most of their stay on the kitchen table. Rooms just fans, but cannot compete with the heat! Windows only opened 10cm due to no security screens.Reception is unattentive most of the time. All in all, a very nice stay and well worth what you pay for close to eatery within 10metres walking distance ?.

Location, spacious, top quality facility and amenities

Amazing views...shops cafes close...possibly would need better cooling in hotter weather but during our stay we had a rain event so managed fine...we felt like royalty in this accommodation
