We like the pool and the birds And we were close to the pool

The cabins were small, the beds i could feel the springsAnd no aircon in the bedrooms For the money we paid , I expected more.

Location perfect for proximity to family.

One staff member was a bit curt when we were working out payment for my guest one night. The rest of the staff were great.

The kids loved the pool and the birds. great location close to shops and easy to find on maps. Park is well set out and the laundry was clean and tidy.

The main bed was quite uncomfortable unfortunately. Very lumpy. There was no air conditioning in the main bedroom and the lounge aircon was in the wrong position to get to the main bedroom.

It was more than comfortable for a few days stay for our family of 5. If the kids had fun then it's a win. Cabin was clean and beds relatively comfy.

Paid laundry was abit expensive. $6 per wash and $6 per each dryer But everything else was AMAZING! we will definitely come back! Our kids loved the short trip. They had so much activities to do for children, even is not on school holiday periods!

Staff were super friendly and welcoming, great onsite entertainment included in stay price.

Pillows weren’t the greatest

We particularly enjoy meeting one of the bird cares that took the time while feeding the birds to explain about the birds to my children and myself.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The hut facilities were good as per the kitchen and shower, and heating.

Unfortunately, the bed mattress was very hard, which made sleep difficult. and for some strange reason I was unable to get onto the Wi-Fi system.

Almost everything!

Our unit had a shower but no bath for the kids. Not a huge deal, just saying. Everything was still perfectly clean and tidy!

Lovely staff lots of things for kids to do. Love the birds.

Car parking was a little to tight for a bigger car.

The birds, friendly staff, the back gate. Close enough to surfers to drive but far enough away from the traffic Nice & peaceful

May need to warm guests who stay next to the aviary about the noise in the morning from the Macaws in case they are light sleepers, or families with infants, or they needed to sleep in in the morning.

Quiet, confortable and clean

Would be nice to come with wooden cooking utensils, a bigger knife and rice cooker

Loved the birds, the small individual cottages were great. Felt private and very beautiful outdoor areas

It was such a beautiful place. We loved the aviaries and seeing all the birds. The keepers of the cities were awesome and talked to us about the different birds and their names and traits we were very grateful. The lady who done the face painting for the kids was truly amazing at what she does.

We loved our stay and didn’t have anything bad about it.

Lovely area for walking and to see all the aviaries. Friendly staff. Pool area looks lovely but not the weather for swimming.

Unable to turn heating on, as cabin was cold and the pre-set temps was set and unable to heat the room.

Excellent location. Staff and amenities Excellent. The Birds were lovely. Great family retreat or holiday booking

Couldn't fault them

We love staying at Ashmore palms holiday village. We love walking around the park seeing all the birds, pool area is huge, shop at the reception is super handy as well. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. We will always stay here when visiting Goldcoast!

It was quiet and we had our own parking space.

The location suited us, we didn’t spend much time at the park. The park is located in an industrial area next door to a recycling facility.

Location was good. Room was clean and quiet. Pool area was nice, with all those nice birds.

Only one air-con in the loungeroom, it wasn't spreading through the rest of the unit. The fan in the main bedroom wasn't doing much at all. So a air-con in the main bedroom would have been nice.
