Staff very friendly and helpful and the location was great .

The room had everything required for a pleasant stay but the cleanliness was not the best . I had to wash all the dishes and cutlery before I used it as it was dirty and a few things broken around the room . Sheets clean but not the blankets.

Very Central to everything. Great location!Everything was very clean. There was secure parking on site and the owners were very welcoming and accommodating.

I found the bed to be a bit uncomfortable.

Location was fantastic. It was walking distance from Surfer's Paradise and many other eateries etc. The accommodation was also safe.

The toilet namely the washer and dryer was fairly dusty.

The location was very close to the heart of everything. The pool was clean.

The room was not clean. We walked in, and someone had left a dental floss pick on the floor beside the balcony door. There was mould everywhere in the main bedroom and bathroom. The window didn't really work, and the vent was downright filthy and blocked. The place just left you feeling like you needed a good shower. You only had a small hot water tank, so you had to be very careful about spacing out your showers to avoid running out of water. Parking the car was a nightmare as there was very little room to get a big car into and out of the parking spot.

There was paint peeling in the rooms and the bathroom door had a cracked bit in it but other than that it was okay

The pool and the size of the apartment. Located centrally in Surfers Paradise, close shops, beach and public transport.

No locked gate on the garage entry/exit. No AIr-con or ceiling fan in the second room, only the window for ventilation.

Absolutely loved our stay at Trickett Gardens, so easy to find and great undercover car parking. Simple check in, friendly staff. The apartment was just perfect for what we needed after over a week of camping. Laundry facilities in the room is amazing, fully equipped normal kitchen , nice bed and comfy sofa and TV. Right in the centre of surfers paradise. This place was just wonderful. I could have stayed a lot longer!

Nothing! Perfect for our needs.

This is an older unit but well equipped. Very close to from beach, restaurants and night markets. Car park was a little tight for a large 8 seater van but it did fit - but walking around Surfers I did notice the height limit on many of the other hotels was even less so keep this in mind with your car hire.

The unit is older and looking a bit tired and dated - could do with some updating but it was clean. Very small hot water system (50 L) so had to be very careful - no long showers

The apartment was so much nicer than I expected! For the price I thought it’d feel much older and be less thoughtfully decorated. It has older style beachy vibes but beautiful white linen, very clean, super comfortable and felt fresh and not run down at all. Was very impressed! Didn’t use the pool but it looked really nice. Staff were so friendly! Parking was easy and they were happy for us to park prior to check in time. Overall I was very impressed!

Location, location, location. Trickett Gardens Holiday Inn is super close to the beach and to the shops. Staff were super friendly and accommodation was clean.
