Beaches On Wave Street

It?s generally just a bit run down and old. The air conditioner was a constant problem as it had to be turned back on every 15minutes. Place didn?t smell very nice either

Split in the bottom of the bathtub. Crockery a bit haphazard. No scissors.

Apartment handy to Pacific Fair, Tram, Restaurants and beach. Bed was comfortable.

No milk was provided even though Tea and Coffee was - even a long-life milk capsule would have been appreciated.Items from previous guests were found in apartment - togs in dryer, reading glasses on bench that should have been moved to a lost property and hopefully previous person notified.Kitchen items present in apartment varied to other identical apartments. From plates to cups and cutlery there is a large inconsistency.

Good location near beach and lots of cafes. Reception staff were friendly and responsive when we asked for better pillows.

The actual location of our apartment (#25, top floor on left side, above reception) was terrible as both bedroom windows look out over the underground carpark driveway (light on all night) and also the row of commercial garbage bins from the nearby businesses. The smell was awful, and we were woken up at 3am by the noise of someone rummaging in the recycling bin for the refundable bottles!Perhaps if you stayed in an apartment that was further away from Wave Street and the bins, it would be a nicer experience.Furthermore, the 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom were really old and had squeaky springs, and the pillows were really thin and uncomfortable on all the beds. The whole apartment looks tired and could do with an upgrade. The sofa cushions had stains on them, and when we moved the sofa to extend the 2nd sofa, we found unwrapped chocolate eggs and kids beads underneath.

Staff were friendly and very helpful when issues arose.The pool was great Location to local tourist attractions was amazing, Getting your own park

Beds weren't very comfortable and you couldn't shut the door of the room with 2 beds due to there not being enough space with both beds

Location excellent.the property safe and secure for my sister in law to be staying there alone .peaceful

The bedding wasn’t changed in the 18 nights in the apartment.

The location was good it is close to shops and restaurants and easy to catch a bus from here.

For two older people the stairs to the top floor were a bit of a challenge on a daily basis.

The staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival.The location was perfect. Within walking distance to everything you'd want - supermarkets, cafes, public transport...the beach was so close. I enjoyed the general quietness and security this place offered. I especially enjoyed having access to a balcony.

The best location! Short stroll to beach, resturants, cafes. Pool and spa were lovely.

A few more sun lounges by the pool would be nice.

Main entrance door to our apartment couldn’t be locked.

Couple of the pillows were too soft/thin so had to prop up with towels!

The location and the pool. The office guy was so helpful and a happy person. Accommodated us with an early check-in.

Good size kitcken, although the utensils and cooking utensils need replacing. The frying pan was old, the handle was very loose, and everything stuck to it. Bathroom cold tap could not turn on.

The apartment was very clean and neat although basic. Close to the shops and the beach. Great pool & spa. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The stairs but we were aware there were no lifts when we booked. We requested for a lower level room but there was nothing available on the ground floor. The staff put us on the middle level so it wasn't too bad.

The staff were friendly and the location was great.Staff took feedback and asked for the photos regarding my conplaint of the property. Lots of potential, but needs A LOT of cleaning and some care put into the place. Management were open to the feedback. Manybof the other guests were very loud until wee hours of the morning, without care of other guests.

Really disappointed at how dirty/filthy the place was. The beds were very uncomfortable and it wasn't very good value at all. Im glad we only stayed for a weekend and not longer. So much potential. I did put the key in the out of hrs key return, but was accused of them not being there, I then gave them the time and specifics regarding the return, but hesrd nothing back. Awaiting my after hrs deposit to be returned. Definitely would not want to return, let alone keep the keys. So much potential yet falls flat. We didnt even go for one of the cheaper properties, it was mid range price wise. Not a single part of thw property was clean. Even scum rings in the toilet bowl and bathtub.

Close proximity to Nobbys beach, local cafes, restaurants, public transport. Pool and spa was very clean

For the price I would expect better amenities and higher level of cleaniness. Floors were very sandy, limited towels and plastic bags for bins.

Pool and spa were great.

Would have been nice to have some milk /basic provisions for late night arrivals.
