The friendly apartment manager makes a huge difference during our stay. With her assistance we were able to get what we need plus our privacy.

Location is great

Quite old but comfortable. No TV the last 5 days

Hotel was roomy, clean and very pleasant. Location was fantastic, close and convenient to everything. Budget friendly and great for families. The only feedback is believe the shower in the rooms needs to have a different opening making it better accessible.

Well-located to Broadbeach with secure garage parking. Management provided assistance to take delivery of a rental wheelchair for one of the disabled guests. Self-contained, spacious unit with kitchen and laundry facility . Kids enjoyed the pool.

The property has a lot of maintenance issues. The common area BBQ was filthy and couldn’t be used . The manager was reluctant to clean it and argued before doing a cursory clean. A lot of dust in the Unit 3 apartment - on ceilings, on fans, on bedheads , on bathroom pipes. Dirty walls. Security issues with broken screen door in back bedroom - couldn’t lock it and it wouldn’t slide on tracks. Front screen door was also hard to open/close. Lock on the door to the corridor was also faulty. Blocked vanity drains - water would not drain properly. Lid of washing machine hits the dryer so very difficult to remove clothes. Narrow entry to shower in main bathroom. Shower door hits toilet in en-suite bathroom.No bedside table for one of the beds so we used a cardboard box. The extra bed provided was too low and too hard to sleep on so the extra guest had to sleep on the lounge.

Light globes need replacing . Rangehood was dirty . Little cutlery. 3 knives only. A little tired and needs a spruce up

Location was walking distance from main strip of broad beach

Our accommodation had black mould covering the blinds in one of the rooms. When we reported this to the manager, she attempted to dismiss it with explanations such as “the blinds rubbing together” or “just dust,” but it was very clearly black mould.As a result, all four of us began experiencing symptoms of mould exposure, including persistent coughing, congestion, and headaches, which worsened while inside the apartment—particularly in the affected room. One of our group members is also pregnant, making the situation even more concerning, as mould exposure can pose potential health risks during pregnancy.Additionally, the shower in the ensuite did not drain properly, and the kitchen was poorly equipped with minimal appliances, which further impacted our stay.

A lovely spacious apartment with all of the equipment you would need to cater for yourself. Ideal location with shop and coffee house nearby and only a short walk to the beach. Handy underground parking as well on the premises.

Location was within a comfortable walking distance of restaurants and convention centre. Secure parking was appreciated. There was ample air conditioning to help cope with the heat making inside very comfortable. It was great to have a balcony so that I could sit outside when the evenings were cool.The position of the units was good - in a quiet side street and with a grocery store conveniently located nearby.

I didn't enjoy having to carry luggage upstairs but that was a very small inconvenience.

The unit was very handy to the amenities which I needed to use. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms very easy to use. The main bedroom is very large, the secondary bedroom, with 2 beds is somewhat squeezy. The staff were pleasant and everything in the unit worked well.

The stairwell from the carpark was not well-marked. There are 2 obvious ones and I had to go up each one to see if my unit was on that stairwell. It wasn't, I eventually found the 3 stairwell inside the rec room. It was extremely smelly. The air-conditioning is only in the main lounge room/kitchen. There is no aircon in the bedrooms and they were extremely hot, the fans weren't sufficient. We had to run the aircon on very low and close all the doors to encourage the cool air to reach the bedrooms.

Great location, a couple of minutes to the beach, and close to the tram station.Great priceWe're not fussy people and understand that you get what you pay for. We were comfortable and the kids loved it.We had a late flight and the owner didn't have another customer coming in that day so she let us check out much later. Very nice of her.

Location was great. Nice to have a private pool. Good underground parking.

The apartment felt quite dirty/grubby.

We hoped every room had a trash bin.The dryer was not working.

Location is great, close to everything we needed. Ground floor apartment was ideal for us. Secure underground parking, pool, washer and dryer were all lovely. The manager, whom we lovingly nicknamed “Aunty”, was very responsive. Our fridge broke on the 5th day of our two week stay and not only were we compensated for the loss of our fresh food and immediately given an icebox temporarily, but we had a brand new fridge in the apartment the next day. Aunty is all over it!

The cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival wasn’t the greatest. Of course everything upon first inspection was ok, but when we went to unpack it was evident there had not been a thorough clean in some time. Higher cupboard shelves dirty and sandy, when furniture was moved it was filthy underneath, and the bathroom showers leaked all over the floor soaking the bath mats. Our car was stained by a water leak dripping onto the hood which will need to be professionally cleaned/buffed off.

Was fair no expectations was just there to sleep. Any other occasion would have been different

Amenities, gas bottles were empty when I had organised for a bbq with the family pool side. Bbq was not working also

Facilities a bit outdated but very comfortable and clean. Location is exceptional - 100m walk to the beach, corner store across the road, bowling club a block away. Only 15min drive to Seaworld, 2km walk to Surfers Paradise.

Shower head only provided a small stream of water. Some extra towels would have been nice and some facewashers. No tissues or extra toilet rolls provided. Also only tiny soap bars provided.

Excellent location close to beach and eateries. Parking available with plenty of space in apartment compared to hotel. Having a big fridge and own washing machine/dryer was handy.

Cleanliness of the place is questionable. All kitchen appliances were dirty and I didnt feel like cooking in there. Eventhough it had been renovated, there was obvious moisture issues and paint on walls were peeling. Also saw 3 cockroaches during our stay!
