On the esplanade, great sunrises. Great location, easy to walk to everything.

They were doing some renovations above my room, which were noisy, but they have to be able to renovate at some stage; only an inconvenience for one day.

Loved the central location, the view of the beautiful beach and the fact that you just walked across the road straight onto the beach.

We didn't like leaving!

The floors could have done with a good mop. No instructions on the wifi to connect.

Views were not as advertised on site, and were not as confirmed by phone so I would never have booked if I'd known. But there were multiple other probs anyway - broken sink in bathroom, peeling ceilings, no access to streaming unless you had your own account to log in with, broken door handles so poor access to balconies, hard beds, and grossly inadequate supplies compared to what was advertised - ie: one roll of toilet paper for 6 adults in 3 BR/2 bth apartment for 4 day stay.

Great staff and location, good amenities

Apartment was outdated, blankets looked very old, lighting in rooms not bright at all. Scuff marks and small dents and paint peeling across the apartment.

The 3-bedroom apartment at Zenith Oceanfront Apartments was extremely spacious for all 6 of us who were travelling. It was the perfect location for all amenities and we had an absolutely beautiful view of the ocean. To top it off, it was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable.

There is nothing that could’ve been better.

If I was being picky the lift was very noisy braking. We believe this was being addressed while we were there.

Dated, not enough couch seating for a family, no air conditioning in bedrooms

Fabulous location, right in the centre of Surfers. Lovely ocean view. The managers are terrific and super helpful. The unit itself would benefit from a freshen up paint through - this is outside the scope of the managers as is reliant on the unit owner. All in all thoroughly recommend.

Location & amazing view

It’s pretty dated, the key to the room made me nervous about getting locked out on occasion & the insistence that I take my modest bin full of rubbish down to the strange bin area was a bit uncomfortable.. also the shower door would not slide properly..

Very friendly easy check in after hours. Accommodating to us being out again early in morning for official check in.

The location was spot on

The apartment we had needed a huge amount of work to bring the apartment up to date.It was clean the staff were lovely it just needs a massive facelift.

Amazing location, great size apartment, good facilities. Central and close to everything, convenient parking. Loved being so close to the beach and the action.

The showers in our apartment were made without screens, so the bathrooms completely flooded every time someone took a shower. This led to difficulties using bathrooms for any purpose, as both toilets were inside the bathrooms which were wet constantly with 6 people staying in the apartment. Floors were constantly wet. More provisions should be included to deal with this issue, such as squeegees and absorbent mops (we had to ask for the mop head to be replaced).
