Location is fantastic

Staff were not interested in helping and reception was open limited time 9-2 . And not on weekends

The apartment was conveniently located to shops, beach, walk ways etc.

We were there while some renovations were being done. But did not cause any real inconvenience.

Central location

The bathroom needs updating.No shower & shower over bath had no screen so the floor flooded.Bath set too high which made it difficult to get in and out. Plus there are no grab rails.Toilet roll holder fell apart and it was evident that it had happened before.Hand basin tap washers need replacing. Cheap tapware. No hooks or rails to hang towels.

Noise No pool or gym

Close to everything. In the middle of Broadbeach. Great price for what it's worth. Great location.

Stall had a missing screw and by the end of the stay. Leg had broken off. Very dusty so we ended up giving it abit of a clean. Vacuum didn't work at all. Pool and gym not operating. Still enjoyed the stayed, regardless.

Very good location and big size apartments.. walkable to beach . Building is in main mall ,so you have everything at doorstep .Safe place

1. No play area or Pool. They are under-construction 2. Instructions to reach reception desk can be better3. There is construction behind the building, if you are in construction side, it may be very noisy.4. Some minor issues with Kitchen lights

Location. Friendly husband & wife managers, they are happy to help anytime.Big and clean unit.Balcony is big and furnishings table / set of chairs, had breakfast there enjoyed view, so nice.?

Clean and spacious, right on the doorstep of some amazing food options and the beach and walking distance to the convention centre

Some appliances are dated but its honestly nothing that takes away from the property

Love the location, so convenient to get everywhere. Right in the middle of the Broadbeach precinct, Woolies directly opposite. Wasn't a fan of on of the bedroom windows not closing properly, no matter how many times I tried to shut it. Also, we weren't able to get free to air channels on our TV

Love the location, walking distance to beach, shopping, restaurants, supermarket and tram and buses.

Sadly the pool was under repair.

Walked out after 10 minutes. Awaiting refund or will complain to ACCC. Not a 4 star facility in any way. Aircon broken, which is needed to combat the neighbouring construction dust and noise. Pool out of action for now 19 months and ongoing. Carpet worn and smelly. Wood rot on walls. Fixtures severely rusted. Fitout generally dated, tired and worn. May have been great 30 years ago.

Noisy construction site, though quiet till about 8 am

Position was great photos misleading the pool hasn’t looked like that for a long time.In the fine it said it had at had a leak.And the construction work started at 6 and went all day.

This property needs a thorough clean

Excellent location, right in the center of Broadbeach. Walking distance to beaches, restaurants, very close to the tram stop,very cheap public transport. Can highly recommend it. The staff were fantastic, especially Lyn. We got caught up in the cyclone and our flights were cancelled so we had to extend our stay which the staff were very helpful with organising.

Location- chose it because it was close to a work event that my staff were attending. Value for money as I needed 3 bedrooms for 3 staff members. I only had one interaction with staff which was a phone call prior to check in notifying me that they closed at 2pm and I needed to check in prior to that. I sorted this with a message to my staff members who contacted your reception staff.

Promised more, No pool, spa etc available but only notified this at check in. Parking was difficult but appreciate that underground parking sometimes has it's challenges and yours had some.

Location was excellent. Close to beach and shops, transport. Did not use pool or other ameneties.

The location and everything was clean and maintained . Loved the recliners. The view was great. were good.

Air con didn't work for the master bedroom, Water was dripping massively. when we called the emergency number. All they said "Oh don't use it then" wow. Genius thanks . I didn't know I could just not use it.It was summer in QLD. Without an air con ? Really? And check in time was after 2 but no staff at premises and our keys was given to another team because we arrived after 2.That should have been mentioned somewhere while booking or when we called multiple times for other arrangements. What if no one was arriving before 2? Property was great. Service staff not so much
