issue with the access door not opening.

Facilities were clean comfortable bed great location have been there 4 times and would definitely go back.

Price could be a little cheaper.

Great location, all facilities are available, washing machine, dryer, kitchen, TV, verandah, iron, safe and secured car parking (not needed on this occasion), the local public transportation is also great

Upgrading facilities, bathroom and shower are old and dated but fully functional, topping up of tea and sugars and coffee sachets and fresh milk every day or second day

location was great, having a washing machine and own balcony, well noise insulated. Great kitchen and shower.

Bed was a bit hard,

The bed was on wheels that made it move had to check the wheels .Bathroom next to the bed No ventilation in Bathroom

Could smell smoke when we first arrived. My daughter came home with a rash, hospital said it was scabies. I was okay but slept with winter pj and socks as I get cold. Location was noisy with police station at bedroom window waking me when called out but proximity balanced this out. Unit could use a deep clean on walls and couch but you could tell it had had a general clean. Office staff were nice.

The pool needs shade. It was hot in the mid day but pool was completely exposed to sun and I have had skin cancer so wanted to swim but no shade. Pool also had lots of leaves from neighboring property fall into it while I swam. I removed these. Knowing this someone must come regularly to clean the pool as it looked nice when I did go in.

No lift!! Very old crockery. Old furnishings.

Proximity to thingsWe spent our time at the beach and saved money buying food at the shops and eating at our place

Nothing - it was very well run

i liked the location and underground parking, the open hours for the pool + spa was good (8am-9pm), quite friendly staff, had a washing machine + dryer.

sheets had stains, ground was dirty, wear and tear damages (light bulb not turning on in bathroom, light switch falling out of the wall in bedroom), dirty bedside table surface, only had room service once for our 9 day stay and had to pay $1 per roll of toilet paper after we ran out,

The location is great for beach and shopping. The unit was clean, bed was comfortable and a cafe across the road for excellent coffee.

The water temperature in the shower did not stay consistent . It was either boiling hot or freezing cold.

Should have requested ground floor as no lift and we were on the top floor so lots of stairs.

The location was fantastic- so close to shops and the beach.

The room was not serviced for the entirety of the stay, and we were only given a single tube of shampoo. While we could have gone down to reception to ask for more, I believe that it should have been anticipated. The bed was also hard as a rock and the shower struggled to drain and we often had to stop our shower, lest it overflow. The room would also not be suitable for older guests, as the stairs are very inconvenient and were exhausting. We did not have a table either, only two chairs against the wall.

I loved the location. It was clean and comfortable with what you would expect in a holiday apartment

The rooms are very dated with things like taps, vanities etc all showing signs of water damage and age related wear.The cleanliness was not up to standard at all with windows to the exterior deck absolutely filthy.This hotel is in a great location.We stayed there on our honeymoon 21 years ago and i dont think the decor has changed since then.

It was close to everything as we had no car.

The stairwells were quite dirty, the stove top was rusted and the carpet was loose and we kept tripping on it.

Staff were lovely, room was comfortable and had everything you needed. Location was excellent!
