Location was excellent. Staff were lovely. Apartment was very comfortable

Location was great. Microwave was fabulous. All amenities functional

Very limited availability of towels, no bath mat, one bottle of liquid soap (very powerful smelling) for the whole apartment including the shower. Couch was tired and uncomfortable. Shower made loud whistling sound and the flick mix was hard to use. Most items in the apartment are badly needing a refresh.

Very good location for the beach and shops.Good space/balcony.First level (no need for lift).Nice and well equipped kitchen and laundry.

This is a great place we really enjoyed our stay room was clean and tidy, we had nice sea views our room has not been updated so was a little tired which was a shame as our friends rooms were much nicer as had been refurbished. Great location this place is close to beach , great little cafe called Lola’s 50m down the road short work to Broadbeach Managers are excellent and very helpful we locked ourselves out and was no trouble toLet us back in available when neededWe used the pool all the time and was quiet and easy yo relax Lift great as never really had to wait long at allWe have already booked for next Christmas and really looking forward to it

Location was excellent, unitary clean close to beach and local facilities, great stay.

Met our expectations very good

The room was very clean and spacious for a 1 bedroom. Nice updated bathroom.

The mattress and couch was very uncomfortable. The mattress and pillows was hard and bad to sleep on. The couch to was very firm. There was also no ocean view after the booking said there was.

Great apartment that was good value for money. Great location and easy to get to all parts of the gold coast. 2min walk to the beach, that was nice and quiet compared to a lot of the other busier beaches. Loved that they had a barbecue at the apartment as well, and it definitely helped when the beach ones got busy on Christmas.

Not good service

Did not do a change after 7 nights told me I had 10 night no change .

Some random knocked on door it kinda scared us and some girls were hogging the spa a little bit, but still had an amazing time!

The place was good

The place was good but heaps of hick ups getting the key. Then finally getting the key from the box, went to the room and the people in the room were disgusted that we were given their key (wrong key given). Now because we have flown in from nz we couldn’t get our wifi or phones up and running I had to use the guy from that rooms phone to call and see where our proper key was. We were totally humiliated then had to wait for the receptionist to physically come and give our key.

The apartment was beautifully clean and well fitted out with everything we needed. Mel was so helpful on all the questions we had, which were plenty. Thanks again Mel. You were a great sport.

this was our 4th stay here and for the price it's excellent. Great location and facilities

Nice clean apartment, well layed out and partial icean veiws

Apartment was extremely warm with all days 30+ and quite humid. a/c didnt work so didnt get much sleep staff were good and tried but were unable to get someone to look at it. Werent offered a price detuction or extra fans.Maybe they should have a portable ac available for issues like this.Only 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 day stay.

I travel all over Australia, and this place is without question my favourite of all. Not fancy or stuck up, just clean, comfortable, great vibe, great location, and everything you need to work or rest. Lovely bed, view and kitchen as well.I’ve been staying here for two years, and it has always been good, but the new managers have made it exceptional. Great service and just a lovely vibe about the place.In a sea of fake places and bad service, this place really stands out

The location was practically a minute walk to the beach, and had a tap at the entrance to stop from carrying sand in. The building was very secure which was comforting, and the private parking was great as street parking was often quite busy. The staff were friendly and super helpful. The pool and spa were clean and used everyday during our stay. The rooms were spacious and the view was beautiful. The rubbish shoot was very convenient and the shower pressure was great.

Not something that I didn't like but something to note, my bathroom did not have a fan (I may have just missed it lol ) but if not just be mindful if someone uses the toilet, the room may need a few minutes lol but may not be the case with the other rooms.
