had everything i needed, and was comfortable enough for a week

It's a basic, self contained apartment. The staff there was AMAZING!! they helped me carry my heavy luggage up and down stairs and very helpful. Pool and area kept very clean, the location is amazing.

Light wasn’t working in the bathroom and they tried to fix it but it wasn’t fixed for the week we were there The internet on the tv wouldn’t work

The kitchen facilities were fantastic, room had a lovely balcony and swimming pool was great.

There was a smell coming from the shower but being lovely weather we had the doors and windows open anyhow.

There was a dog yapping. I booked it as Booking.com had this property in Kirra.

Had everything we needed. Great location. Washer and dryer a plus. Excellent equipment in kitchen. Quiet. Property is extremely well maintained. Secure parking was a bonus.

Internet was weak and we really were only able to have a half decent connection in one place in the apartment.

Loved it, perfect location, staff were very helpful & friendly & communicative! I would absolutely come again! Room is perfect for a solo traveller who likes their space or a couple. Really enjoyed myself.

There was a problem, glitched when I checked in. Have stayed here before and there was no problem.

The bed was extremely hard, I spent most nights sleeping on the couchNot enough coat hangers in the wardrobeNo wash cloths in the bathroom I don't recall asking fir a quiet location when booking

Maintenance Men doing maintenance all day wasn't told you went there for a holiday or a break away not to listen to generators for 8hrs 730am to 3pm very day

Great location just a few minutes walk to Surfers Paradise and 10 minutes from the beach. Staff at check in were friendly and gave clear instructions. Apartment itself was a good size with a balcony area to sit out and overall cleanliness was good. Underground car parking a definite bonus!

The apartment itself was dated and in need of a bit of TLC from general wear/tear. Wifi also wasn't great but this may have been because I was on the top floor.

The room was on the 3rd floor without an elevator, so going up and down with suitcases was not at all convenient!

Good location

Bathroom window faces the corridor so it was awkward, place wasn't that clean. Got my deposit back only after chasing after 3 weeks

The location was perfect. The unit had everything we needed. The pool was great and the price was very cheap compared to other similar in the area

Loved the apartment..very clean and comfortable, central to lots of things (beach, shops, etc).Secure Parking was fantastic.

The only complaint was lack of internet and phone reception.We had to go outside by the pool to make calls.This issue was due to the location of the unit, not the availability.

Stair, so smelly, floor is not clean

It was a very quick walk across the bridge and into town.

The door opened a bit close to the bed. I experienced a couple of bumped toes.
