It was very good located and it was very spacious

They didn’t make the room and they didn’t tell me that in advance. I asked the lady downstairs and told me that I needed to let them know in advance. Also it was kind of old.

Friendly, responsive staff. Clean. Easy access to shopping, restaurants and beaches. Free parking.

The electrical system could have.been better. It trips whenever we have several appliances running at once.

Everything was amazing, location, cleanliness, and bed was comfortable.

Good luck getting an invoice. Through digging you find out that the commission from head office for booking through 3rd party is 50%. Stay elsewhere if youre in town for buisiness

Great location, close to restaurants & shops. Close to Casino & Events Centre.

I was disappointed with the view, hoping for better from ocean view room.

The parking was a bit tricky at first but finally got it and it was good to have the vehicle secure thank you

Many things are old and need replacing. The parking was terrible, carpet not cleaned properly. The steam room looked like it was full of germs. Spa bath tiny. No room service. 2 elevators out of service. Weird chemical smell throughout building. Definitely not worth the money. The only good thing was the location.

Amazing hotel with beautiful rooms. Exceeded our expectations with the amenities and in the best location. Perfect for kids. Would love to stay again.

Nearly perfect, steam room was out of order, without knowledge, prior to arrival. Bed, very good, considering hotel bed. Spacious and comfortable. Really nice staff, with a shout out to the Cleaner of the Year! Char, I think? Private Cinema, Sauna, and Spa, just some of the highlights from the building. Didn't want to leave! I'm thinking, I will be back.

Room was very nice, the shower was a little dirty around the door with mould. The view was pretty good. Very, very disappointed that we apparently had paid the 'non housekeeping' rate. Whatever happened to this being a standard and for well over $400 per night - not happy. We arrived back late from a wedding to find no housekeeping.... couldn't be bothered ringing at that time of the night for fresh towels.

We were there during the cyclone and were on the 25th floor which became quite terrifying during the cyclonic winds. We retreated to the lobby around 11 pm and the staff were exceptionally understanding and found us another room on a lower level to spend the night. They checked on us the next day. We found all the staff to be polite and considerate even though they were working g during such tough and testing conditions.

Great location and views. Very clean and spacious rooms. One guy at the reception provided particularly exceptional service. The customer service all round was clearly above average.
