Reasonable price, nice view of golf course and Surfer Paradise. Very clean rooms. Great Japanese Restraunt in the resort.

A lot of the in house restraunts were closed.

Friendly staff, very accommodating and pleasant, it is in a great location

The rooms could be a lot cleaner, the dust build up on the bedside tables and behind them was unacceptable. You could literally see the dust build up underneath the table and in the carpet. You could literally taste and smell the dust just from walking on the carpet, when it was reported they said that they’d make sure it was clean to which it wasn’t properly

The room was absolutely gorgeous and a big thank you for upgrading our suite! I will definitely book in the future. The staff were also very lovely.However, still just waiting for the $100 bond to bounce back into my account.

It was very clean, breakfast buffet was wonderful, pools were lovely and there’s soooo much to do for kids whilst still feeling like a relaxing, luxurious resort. You can order food and drinks right to the poolside and there are plenty of pool towels provided. Amenities in general were wonderful

The bacony was quite small so I did wish there was a little more room to sit out there.

All my family really enjoyed the experience in RACV.Service, foods and facilities are all beyond our expectations.

I was blown away by the value of this resort. Rooms are modern, immaculate, clean and for us on the 17th floor we had spectacular views over the hinterland . Facilities are impressive. I went with my two kids and they loved the pools, slides, waterpark, playground and free arcade zone. As a parent, it made my life easier, knowing the kids were entertained while I could enjoy a drink by the pool as i watched them play. The multiple restaurants give plenty of food options and we all thoroughly enjoyed our buffet breakfast options and yummy dinners. I will 100% come back here.

Nothing. It is perfect!

It was a spacious room, comfortable and clean .

My fault that I selected a spa room which at my age made it difficult to access the shower in the spa bath .

Front Office Manager was not interested in their misleading information about the rooms. I had 3 bookings and mine the most expensive and was suppose to have a spa bath in it as the executive room and we couldn’t find the plug and when we asked for one they had told us that the spa doesn’t work and they upgraded us which wasn’t true, very disappointing. The General Manager wrote back offering a free upgrade but I think I would rather put them on notice with the rest of the world if it wasn’t a genuine and free room.

Was not expecting much, the room was incredible with a fabulous view. The bed was 10 out of 10 comfortable., and team members from check into in room dining were incredible

It’s not that I didn’t like it, but the toilet could do with an upgrade
