Excellent location, view, large apartment, all the facilities you need, great friendly staff, parking available, 5 minute walk to the beach,

fresh new pillows, not old ones, needed to wash myself before use,

The apartment was perfectly located in the heart of Surfers Paradise, just steps away from pubs, restaurants, public transportation, and the beach. The view was absolutely stunning, and the apartment itself was spacious and spotlessly clean with a beautiful balcony.

I would have appreciated having a blanket provided, as the bed only had a sheet.The staff member who gave us the key on arrival was very friendly and kind. However, the person I spoke to on the phone for check-out was quite rude and unhelpful.

Mistake

Disgusting,dirty apartment that requires immediate renovation and deep cleaning. Will never recommend or stay in that place... Queensland Health and Consumers Affairs should be notify. Charging almost $250 a night in such conditions. Shame on you Surfers International.!!!!

The views were amazing. Being on the 19th floor right in front of the beach you couldn't ask for more.

Some of the appliances didn't work, and the water pressure was terrible. The shower leaked and water would go everywhere.

Great location cavil ave within walking distance. Amazing beach views. Comfortable room and friendly staff. Great pricing and after hours check in was a breeze.

We had dirty cups on our cupboard. And some amenities in the room were a bit dated. No screens on sliding doors was a bit inconvenient.

The building has signs of age but this is also an advantage as the unit is spacious. Bed and pillows were great.Everything you need is there. Surf views from balcony and main bedroom. Also walking distance to all restaurants and the Fri/Sat night markets.

Just minor cleaning aspects like no attention to build up in corners or behind/around furniture. Could use a few hooks in bathroom and soap holders in shower.

The apartment was not clean dirty tracks ion wardrobe clumps sand on balcony leg on lounge broke when sat on 1st night this was dealt with the next day and replaced oven was dirty dishwasher still full of dishes

Great location, excellent views of surfers paradise.

Old rundown outdated apartment, needs paint, fixtures need modernising at this price point, air con rusted out, level 2 strong urine smell by lifts, stairs to the pool grimy, handrails greasy, brown splatter stains on the wall, dead insects on the steps, broken lounge chairs at pool.

$450 for two nights was a great price for a two bedroom apartment with the perfect view perfect location

Location was convenient

It felt old and dirty. Lots of things seemed like they weren’t maintained. Blanket had cigarette burns in them. Smelt very moldy and misty through the reception, lift, floor and room. Room was dusty and not cleaned. Spa had broken seats/headrests. Balcony doors didn’t open or lock properly.

- mattress needs replacing- washing machine did not work- bedroom sliding door locked (no key to open)- rubbish next to parking spot

The view of the sea and beach was incredible. On site parking was safe and secure, and close to lifts. The Kitchen had everything that was needed including a fridge with a freezer. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The view was great. It was very clean and the staff were helpful. The location was very convenient.

The fan had a clicking noise that made it hard to sleep. Also there was a terrible water hammer in the kitchen sink taps. It's the worst we've ever heard so it should be looked at by a plumber.

My family had a comfortable and relaxing stay at this place. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a great location, comfortable stay yet still there is value for money. Staff also had assisted my requested even after hours. Thank you!

The phone was not working but we didn't really use it anyway.
