The room was lovely

The lack of customer service. Phone called went unanswered. Messages left went unanswered. Emails went unanswered. When I finally spoke to someone on two occasions, they couldn’t help me and told me to call back. Then no one answered. Appalling

There was a wee left in the toilet, crumbs on the floor, exhaust fan and light over stove did not work, bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable

The view was great, well worth the price alone. Great location away from the super busy surfers paradise. Walk out the gate to a stunning beach walk along Palm Beach. Nice pool, spa and sauna room. The room was a decent size.

The only thing which we didn't like was the curtains - these need to have a wash or be replaced. They are the only part which let the room down.

Location right on the beach. Walking path on the doorstep. Great surf club a few doors away. An amazing Thia OZ Thia a block away. You can walk to Burleigh Heads or catch the 50c bus.

The bed was to low and the mattress was uncomfortable, very hard and made noises when u moved on the mattress The front door didn’t close unless u pushed it hard to close

Great location on the beach. Little studio for myself and my husband. Some things were a little tired but suited us perfectly. Nice pool and bbq. Parking underneath.

Location was excellent. Building is good but our apartment (503A) was very disappointing. If we were planning on a longer stay we would have moved elsewhere. It was very shabby. Dirty curtains. Couch that was old and grubby. Carpets very tired and needed cleaning. Bad odor as soon as you walked in.

The spa didn't work. They had a sauna sign we went down to, and there was no sauna. Stayed 4 nights had enough coffee and sugar for only 2 drinks then we had to buy our own. I sent them 2 seperate requests and got no response. Reception is open only from 9-3. The room was that small we had to squeeze past and around each other. Hopeless and will never stay there again.

Liked the location- perfect right on the beach 450 meters to brand new surf club location 5/5The room needed a good clean, mould growing heavily on the window latch, drapes were disgusting looked like they have NEVER been washed. Asked reception to send someone up to clean off the mould, never happened.

Great view and location. The pool and spa was nice and the access to the beach.

The walls in the rooms need repaint and the floor grout needs a proper scrub.

Facilities are dated & room was smallBathroom shower leaked & sprayed water from head connection Also disappointed that we got no consideration to amend booking due to cyclone AlfredWas seeking to reduce stay from 4 to 3 nights, as my flight were cancelled & I my travel to the Gold Coast was delayed by 1 dayAlso suffered a split tyre on my rental car which I was liable for the cost, as the parking spot allocated had a stop mounted in the middle which the tyre rode up on
