Great pool, bonus that is heated. Location easy walk to beach. Large unit with full sized dining room. Would be good for a longer stay with kids or extended family.

Unit slightly older style but functional.

Check in was great, very friendly.. Resort style pool with BBQ area is great, very clean and the kids loved it.

The amenities were excellent - pool was heated and beautifully presented; underground parking spot included in the price; spacious bedrooms and living space with large family dinner table and good sized deck looking out to the pool.Everything was lovely and clean. The blokes at the front desk were awesome.

The hot tub wasn’t hot! ?Our room was lovely but could use a little updating (door handles didn’t fit the holes drilled for them, bathroom grouting had worn out, door lock to ensuite was sticking)

Great sized apartment with kitchen area and multiple bathrooms which was great for our sized party. The pool was amazing. Great central location close to everything.

Aircon downstairs Only, It would be nice upstairs as well. Fan seemed to only have high speed in one of the rooms. Parking was a little tight but made it work.

It was quiet, and close to shops and the beach. Parking undercover was good. Secure facility

Having to provide our own toilet paper and making sure the towels were clean that was provided TV not working other than that was happy with everything else.

The pool was exceptional. Nice temperature for pool water. Plenty of outdoor furniture. Lovely palm trees and well kept gardens.

Road works, but out of complexs control of course. Gate at front not always working.

The resort itself was beautiful and very well kept, but our particular unit was extremely dated. 2 of the external door has broken locks and had to be dead locked, and the beds were very hard. The actual resort was beautiful but our unit could have been a bit cheaper considering its age.

Some kind of bed bugs in one of the pillows. Reverse cycle air conditioner had no remote, and a small, portable heater was put in the main room, instead. Signs of wear and tear at bottom of doorways, power point switches

The pool area was great. Loved the two patios at our 2 bedroom apartment.

Terrible wi fi and phone reception

Unfortunately we had very very very noisy neighbours having some sort of party into the night. Having little kids trying to get to bed wasn’t ideal. The walls are paper thin.

warm staff. although it feels a little bit of confused how to entry when I just arrive. thanks for staff’s patience and support. good swimming pool. kids friendly.

it would be better if the bed cover can be more clean.

The beds were super comfortable. The hotel was in a great location.

When booking through booking.com we didn’t realise that it wasn’t through the hotel and instead a private airbnb. After booking we were advised that the keys had to be collected from a location 5 minutes up the road. It wasn’t too far but definitely not walking distance so if you didn’t have your own public transport or were in a hurry you would be in a pickle.
