Beds very uncomfortable some of the furniture looking very tired

great view over looking the pool, room was clean and very nice, and would book there again, location was great. Parking was easy.

there was a funny smell in lobby.

Construction nearby. Air-conditioning seemed to be set on a temperature that was too warm (for us).

Apartment was in poor condition, ceiling had mould & paint peeling off. Not very clean, dust & dirt & rubbish under beds. Shower door leaked water everywhere. Very noisy, with crane next door starting up early in the morning, unbearable noise around the pool. Could not relax & enjoy pool area because of construction.

The pool was a daily must. Beautiful facilities

Car park takes a little to get out!

Excellent location. Best views. Amazing swimming pool. My 2nd stay at The Wave and will be back. The staff are welcoming and very helpful.

Location good. Plenty of eateries near. Easy access to light rail.

Ocean view was a few blocks from the ocean. A view was all..

Location of hotel - very central to restaurants, beach and public transport. Cooking appliances in hotel room - modern and functional. View from room - not great due to building works taking place next door. But, room was spacious.

Garbage disposal and recycling facility - not very functional nor effective. Process of garbage disposal and recycling needs to be simplified.

Location for our trip was perfect. Central to eateries, supermarket and the beach.

Unfortunately not their fault, but the construction in the adjoining property was overwhelmingly noisey, super disruptive for doing relaxing on the balcony and poolside during the day, woken at 6am every morning with starting of works. The apartment we were allocated for the price we paid is showing signs of its age, the walls are in desperate need of a repair and paint, very rough. It was “tidy” but dated, a slide shower would bring this tired apartment into the now. Cleaners need to do a full deep clean every now and again, built up dust on the carpet under beds, soap scum around showers, show signs of a quick clean between clients.

Honestly, we were only there for the two evenings, did not find anything we did not like

No beakfast facilities available. Outstanding location right in the middle of Broadbeach. Extremely close to the great Broadbeach restaurants.

The three bedroom unit we had was great - magnificent views all round from 27th floor, and the unit was well laid out and very comfortable. We also really liked the accessible and very pleasant pool on level four. Also staff were very nice.

We thought staff could maybe be on duty a couple of hours later than 5pm.

The location is close to major shopping centres, restaurants, casino and beach. The view from the 25th floor was great and there wasn't much street noise at that level.

The new pool renovation is excellent, however the tiles in the pool area are extremely slippery when wet.

Beds need replacing , lamps not working, hair dryer didn’t work and had to be replaced , ac extremely loud in rein room and not cool enough in lounge / technician was called ,not happy with this particular room other stays here were fabulous- up to owner to fix replace items
