The unit was fantastic just right overlooking the pool and short walk to surface paradise Friendly staff Loved it we will be back

Staff Jodie makes place wonderful.

Request Bond was impeding our stay. For a truly used place and high daily rates, bond does not make sense.

Was close the shopping center and the beach

The pillows on the couch in the main living room has dog hair on them and not smelling good

The location was close to everything and there was a pool plus things you need for long stays such as cooking facilities, washing machine, drying rack, TV, etc.

The floor should be mopped instead of vacuumed. We couldn’t walk without shoes on. Toiletries were minimal.

Clean, well designed and well maintained. Great pool area. Perfect location quiet near the action

A bit of a walk to the beach

The heated pool, spa, bbq area and gym were amazing. Beds so comfy. Friendly receptionist who was very helpful and let us check in early and have two car parks. Location was on point and was a easy walk to Coles.

Toilet seat in room 342 needed to be replaced as it moved every time we sat on it. Spare blanket could have done with a good wash.

Close proximity to everything in Surfers Paradise and theme parks including 7/11 for daily super coffee flat white fix and kids slurpee refills. Thanks Trilogy Surfers-Paradise for hosting our family of nine.

Not really a negative comment but undercover parking was too low for our high top people moving rental otherwise plenty of off-street parking which was safe after 5pm Monday to Sunday because we were out by 10am daily.

Close to town, spacious and great facilities.

The beds were rock hard and I’m not fussy with beds.

The floors were dirty and the carpet was covered in hair. The vacuum cleaner didn’t work properly

Noise from truck deliveries

Lovely spacious apartment overlooking the pool area, great usable balcony. Very peaceful and didn't feel crowded (even during Easter holidays). The staff were very helpful, and location was great - out of the way of all the surfers paradise noise but close to the bus stop and tram. The kids absolutely loved the pool.

Wonderful place, the only thing that would make it even better was a little more to support self-catering - salt and pepper, more than 1 sachet of dishwasher powder etc.

The place was good because it was very big

The kitchen equipment was very old, and utensils were dirty. And we only got 1 bin liner for our 5 night stay

Good place to stay close to everything easy walking distance to light rail and restaurants etc .only bad thing unit could do with a little TLC carpet was stained that’s first thing you noticed when you walked in was a lot of stains ?‍♀️

Really great place to stay unfortanutely our aircon broke which made the stay uncomfortable but the location ammenities and staff were very lovely!

Pool was amazing and great for my young grandson.Sub penthouse was out of this world. Large and spacious with great views from all windows and balconies.Quiet surroundings.Very secure.

Confusion on returning the keys post leaving. In the information book it stated leave keys in room but you are meant to hand keys in at reception. Information book needs to be updated.Also in the information book it needs to state what day the recycling bin is emptied.

Lovely apartment, has everything you might need and more! Kitchen was fully equipped, we even got a small washing up liquid and laundry detergent capsule. very clean and as we stayed over 5 days we had extra cleaning on the 6th day. Staff is super helpful, facilities are great. Location is amazing quiet but close to busy Surfers.

Location is awesome. Facilities at property are great.

We were there in the middle of the cyclone and lost power, but staff were very informative and compensated us for the inconvenience.

Great location, comfortable beds, beautiful big balcony and a great pool. We loved staying here as a family. The apartment is huge, the kids loved having their own space and bathroom. Great parking facilities.

If I had to be picky the showers weren’t very clean. And our room was right near the bins, so the early morning bin collection was very loud.
