The location

We didn't get a kitchen, I'm a diabetic & like to prepare my own meals. I got charged over 7 dollars for intern. transfer. I booked in Australia, paid here and the hotel is here too. I like to have that refunded. The hair dryer should be in room

There is easy access to the beach, convention centre,shopping and dining. The room was clean and the beds really comfortable. There is free secure parking. The staff are pleasant and most helpful when we needed to make a change to our original booking.

There was some traffic noise at night. The common pool and barbeque areas are quite small.

Good location, Easily accessible, Secure parking. Room/apartment configuration was good. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy and straighforward check-in and check out.

Kitchen glassware was a bit basicNo oven mittCoffee machine didn't work - thankfully we bring our own machine. Place could have been cleaner as it looks like it had only been given a surface clean - dusty and dirty under the bed for exampleDirty glassware in studio.No storage drawers in one of the rooms - hanging space only.

So convenient walking everywhere nice and peaceful staff very helpful. The apartment was well equipped with everything you needed.

Not a thing

We were visiting for a music festival and the location was perfect for that

The price was high for what we got, maybe because of the festivalOur studio apartment was OK but showing its age, for example the shower screen was very difficult to slide, fan knob fell off, the area housing the microwave is very cramped.We requested a ground floor apartment when we booked due difficulties with stairs and were informed studios are not at ground level. We were disappointed to be given an apartment on the top level!Finally parking was an issue. Your booking site says parking is available however reception informed us that studio apartments don't have parking and directed us to park on the street or at the commercial car parks near by. All three groups checking in whilst we were at reception had the same issue.

Location to restaurants and beach

The stairs! For someone in their late 70’s, being on the third floor with no lift was not pleasant!

The location was excellent close to everything restaurants public transport shops etc.

More comfortable seats in the apartment

The location was perfect - just a short walk to the tram, restaurants, bars and shopping centre, which made getting around and exploring super easy. Our room was very clean and matched the description online, with everything we needed already stocked and ready to go. It made for a really comfortable stay.

The Foxtel connection was unreliable in the evenings, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the air conditioning wasn’t quite effective at cooling our room. However, since it was Autumn, we were able to open the sliding window and use the ceiling fan, which made the room comfortable enough for us.

Clean and spacious apartment, comfortable beds and fantastic location.

There was no breakfast

Cleanliness. Place not very clean when we arrived. Spoke to reception who said we would get a full clean the next day and 2 people turned up with a packet of wet wipes. No broom or mop or cleaning cloths in the unit - we were there for a week!

The milk was out of date, shower was hot or cold and there was not provided check out process. Loved the pool. For the price worth the stay if it has a few little things fixed up as mentioned.

Air-conditioner didn't work and staff didn't attend to it on the day and took a 2nd call on the following day for me to be moved to an alternate room

Great location, easy walk to the Convention Centre and central Broadbeach. Very clean, extra large fridge was a bonus. Had a great holiday despite 4 days of constant rain. It was a bit too cold for a swim in the pool but it turns out a hot spa in the rain is more fun

Location

The bathroom is old and damaged but was unclean - large black hairs were stuck to the floor , tile wall and around the toilet seat.The Mattress on the bed was a thin very hard and most uncomfortable to sleep on.

Great apartment. Had everything I needed.

There was 1 split system air conditioner in the living area & fans in the bedrooms.To keep the bedrooms cool, those doors had to be left open. That would be the only negative thing. It's not really a deal breaker.

Location was great, close to everything

The room smelt very musty, maybe after the cyclone. It would have been nice to know that it was 5 flights of stairs to walk up with my heavy bags. Otherwise it was all good

suited my needs as a solo traveler attending a conference at the conference center as was within 5mins walk

AC was struggling a bit to cool the room

The location was great, could walk everywhere and the pool was great

No towels in room on arrival and only 1 coffee cup and no toaster
