The room we got 57 was filthy and i presume not checked by management before we arrived

The pool area was fantastic, plenty or room for all to enjoy with plenty of sun lounges, tables & chairs to enjoy being by the pool. The BBQ's were cleaned everyday & easy to access. It had great access to the beach.

The foyer areas of each block were very dirty & not a good welcome into the units. Each unit would be different as they are privately owned ours was good, but the furnishings were getting tired looking but comfortable.

Size and location were great. Aircon worked well for lounge, dining and kitchen. Staff and maintenance team were very responsive to lighting issues on Christmas Day.

The apartments feel tired and need a refresh for what they cost to rent. Bedrooms were very stuffy. Safe was locked when we arrived so couldn’t be used. Kitchen appliances and some crockery, glassware, utensils etc need to be reconsidered. Knives were very blunt, bits and pieces of different sets and not enough of some stuff.

Everything! The staff are fantastic, the pools & the grounds are beautiful and the rooms are clean and comfortable and have everything we needed.The kids loved the games room too.Convenient location & direct beach access.We loved it so much we're staying an extra night.

Top floor after requesting ground floor with small children. Also not able to park under. Finding parking each night in surrounding streets was painful. Even though there were always cars parked in entrance day and night.

Beautiful pools and common area foliage. Large TV. On-site laundry. Proximity of parking

It needed a thorough cleaning. Plus there were about 30 flies inside when we arrived.

Fantastic location, close to the beach, beautiful tropical gardens and swimming pools

The location was great.Loved the private beach access and the pool was heated and had a lovely setting.

We stayed in apartment 158 which was really old and needs renovating. The Bathroom cupboard doors in ensuite have water damage and need replacing ASAP. There is also mould in the main bedroom cupboard which needs addressing.

Found the pools excellent. Great location for our requirements. The down side was the unit could do we a deep clean, we found a pair of thongs under one of the beds and underwear in the wardrobe. Both showers still had hair on the shower floors.Otherwise everything was good.Would have liked to be advised there is no lift to the top floor.

The particular room we had was in desperate need of a decent clean and an update. Curtains had mould on them. They we also grubby. The couch stunk. Room 56. Stayed in a much better room at the same location 1 year ago.

Amazing service, great room and location. A beautiful pool and a short walk to many shops as well as the beach.

Travelled with kids so the 2 bedrooms was great. Full kitchen was so useful, particularly for breakfast.

Perfect. Excellent pools and gardens. We had a BBQ every day. Some BBQ were not in working order. Beach access a bonus and walking distance to shops etc. Will recommend to others and I intend to come back. Very impressed and a great price.

Great service at reception and the room was gorgeous, much nicer than the listing so that was a nice surprise.

Definitely liked the wonderful pools, close the beach, the garden areas and the shaded areas, has good secure basement parking and nice coffee shops and eateries.

The beds were okay but need mattress topper pads to make them comfortable in the unit we were in.Cleaning as in dusting. A lot of dust on top of hanging pictures even on the front of them, skirtings and window sills /Venetian blinds dusty.Walls from coming in from the basement car parking area to the walls going up the flights of stairs need black marks and dirty fingerprints cleaned off them. The entrance door to get into the unit/s need cleaning especially the doors with the mouldings on them.All seen through eyes of someone who has a self employed cleaning business .

Our 3 bedroom unit had been recently renovated so was really comfortable to stay in

Great pools and close to the beach, apartments are always clean and have plenty of room. On site parking is a bonus. We have stayed multiple times and have never had any issues, highly recommended

Updated nicely, comfortable and close to the beach, pool and other amenities kept well. Lovely gardens and landscaping. Exceptional BBQ facilities/cleaning for BBQ.

The apartment was not cleaned well on entry i.e floors were dirty, rubbish in bedrooms, stain on ceiling( sticky substance), rubbish on balcony. Dishwasher was broken. Should be more clearly labelled as stair access only.
