Roomy.

Too expensive for a 40yo building with no visible upgrades since construction. Poor location and not much of a resort

Good location, nice and quiet. Villa was large. Loved the pools

Aside from the property being extremely dated, our room was filthy with several large dead cockroaches and wee/poo stains on the carpet inadequately cleaned. I suspected the previous guests had animals as I’m allergic and was quite uncomfortable. The beds were really disappointing, uncomfortable, and I didn’t expect to be sleeping on a futon like bed so close to the ground.

The villa was absolutely beautiful — spacious, quiet, and set within a secure gated community that offered complete peace of mind.The 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment was spotless and well maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals. The beds were very comfortable, and the whole space had a relaxed, home-away-from-home feel.Location-wise, it was perfect — tucked away in a peaceful area yet just a short drive to The Star Casino, Dreamworld, and other attractions.Overall, an excellent stay. I’d definitely recommend Royal Wood Resort to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and secure villa close to everything but away from the crowds.

The only downside was that the reception was closed when I arrived, and I had to contact security to reach the reception staff. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did make check-in a little inconvenient.

No exhaust fan in bathroom. Probably doesn't meet code! Tv doesn't work ,poor quality. Very ordinary lounge , old uncomfortable. Dirty windows. Noisy frig

Clean and location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff

The gardens needed desperate weeding/cutting back and the interior was very dated.

We had a 3 bedroom villa and it was huge!! Great for 4 kids under 12.

It felt old. There was a dead spider in the corner when we arrived which I believe had been there for some time. The pillows were not comfy but that’s minor. It had everything we needed for one night.

Receptionist was lovely and it was quiet.

Was extremely dated and alot of maintenance was needed.Kids were disappointed with the pool facilities, both spas were not working, outdoor pool was freezing and indoor pool was dirty.

Nice quiet place to everything with a lovely spacious room.

Excellent location, the staff member I spoke to (Felipe) was lovely and very helpful, he deserves a raise :). The bed was comfy and there were plenty of appliances in the room to cook for yourself if you didn't want to eat out.

Some details were a little outdated, there were references to quick dials for the landline but there was no phone to call out with. A couple of very small maintenance issues, like the seal around the show drain was broken. The complimentary soaps had been opened before I got there.

The back gate entrance is really annoying.It's saying that the works on front gate was supposed to be finished in 2023....a bit behind with maintenance.

Very spacious and very clean. It was also very secure and has great parking and very quiet

Unit smelt, had not been aired out, dated, no flannels(dash washers, pool not clean, uncomfortable pillows, paper wasp nest under outdoor table

Place is close to the theme parks

Place smelt like it had been closed up for months and was very hot inside, the air conditioning couldn't keep the place cool at all. There was hair all over the bathrooms and the fridge wasn't working until I turned it off at the wall and back on.
