Location was great and staff were friendly and helpful. As I checked in after hours, the instructions were easy to follow and I had no issues getting into unit.

It is in a perfect location, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable.

We arrived earlier in the day and returned for check-in at 2pm, but reception had already closed, which we weren’t aware of. Check-in instructions were sent by email only, and as overseas travellers without Wi-Fi, we couldn’t access them at the time. Clearer communication in advance would help improve the experience.

Love the location easy access to walk around surface paradise and the beach ….. views were fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful..Enjoyed our stay.

Great view, Off the busiest street, but close enough to walk to the action. The balcony doors let in the noise of the surf rather than the very noisy night life.

We had to move the bed to open the wardrobe. Schoolies bracelets and dirty facewashers under bed, Draws and cupboards left ajar because they don't open or close anymore. Stained mattress protector, with some old chips in there. Mattress ripped apart at corners. Slipped in shower as floor not cleaned properly. Oily.

The first time we entered the room we were absolutely amazed by THE VIEW! It was perfect. And the rooms were very spacious and equipped with every facility you need. Also we were like a minutes walk from Surfers Paradise beach.

a bit difficult to go surfing/swimming early as there is nowhere to keep room/access keys safe while surfing , only in your towel on the beach.Advertised as parking available but didn't find out there was a $15 a night charge until after we paid booking.

Room 1007the hall way was disgusting - it smelt like vomit and it was clear that something had been spilt and not cleaned up properly.every surface was sticky, kitchen tops and floorshower full of mouldshower head was broken and hard to lift up and downcouch full of stainscarpet was very dirtyblinds didn't close properly and need to be replacedkitchen utensils were all stickyair con in lounge room was very noisy (fan)coffee table and tv stand were very water damaged and unsightlyTV would not turn off via the remote, had to do it from the back of the TVbalcony was very dirty and looked unsafe to be outside

First room on floor 18 was replaced by room 3001 due to unpleasant smell. Room on floor 30 was excellent. Loved the view, room set up, cleanliness. Recommend.

the location was fantastic so close to everything (shops and beach) and the view incredible, it also had a washer/drying in the apartment which really helped. The bed was large which was good. They have a gym with great modern equipment. Parking is available at a cost of $15 per day. The communication before the booking was great explaining everything you needed to know

We had paid for a fully renovated suite however the bathroom was still dated back from the 80's the shower head leaked, and the show screen was so small which made the bathroom floor continually wet. it does have a swimming pool which is quite dated, and you have to pay to use the towels. Only one set of towels are provided so you need to wash your own towels if you are staying for more than two days. The front reception staff are not the friendliest, no niceness about them.

Magnificent view, and the resort is located right on the beachfront. Building is very secure.

Was allowed to pick up keys early but room wasn't ready and we were told we would be called when ready. Alas, the call did not come and when we returned half an hour after scheduled check-in time, reception simply said that yes, the room is ready. Otherwise, great stay.

Great location, great view, older building but well enough maintained.

The bed was so worn and uncomfortable which really took away from any good aspect of the stay.

i love how close the hotel was to the shops and water

i didnt like how i was notified one day before my stay that i had to pay a $300 bond, it was too much of a short notice for me & it caused so much stress.

The room was good with an amazing view. But the bath / shower is dangerous. I feel it needs an upgrade to just a shower. The bathroom could do with a makeover. Getting a bit tatty. Also the foyer into the apartment needs a makeover. Tatty and dated. Bed super comfy and the apartment was clean and met our needs. Great yo have a free car parking space too.

Location was fantastic!

Room was poor - no spare blankets and out dated, not as clean as I would have like it, and I have never had to empty my own bin and wash up the cups on checking out!

Rooms were very run down making it feel unhygienic. Windows need a good clean.

Our room had both ocean and city views.The location to Cavill ave was excellent and made it easy for me to get around as I am an amputee.The hotel was clean and comfy, we cant wait to return and see what's to become of the hotel

hotel was a little bit dated but we look forward to returning to see the renovations that were displayed on the wall.
