Princess Palm on the Beach

Have been here before easy access to the beach. Good ammenities friendly staff. Will be going back

The only thing we didn't like was the noise of the planes flying overhead. But I suppose nothing can be done about that

The location was amazing! Right next to the beach with a great view. I loved having a kitchen and a laundry. And we saw lots and lots of whales from our balcony.

There wasn't much that I didn't like, but if I had to say one thing, I did notice the apartment wasn't super clean.

Wonderful location with view over the beach & ocean. No roads in front of apartments. Nice tidy gardens including a swimming pool & tennis court.

Location was awesome! beachfront and facilities like a resort at a budget price. Staff really great.

Mattress could be softer and windows in both bedrooms screwed shut but rooms had fans and main living area was airconditioned

handy location, killer view, comfortable.

A little short on included amenities (soap, toilet paper). rubbish disposal instructions were wrong.

✅️ Right on beach. Well equipped unit, quality appliances. ❌️ Furnishings very dated. Main TV had 2 large lines right down the middle of the screen.❌️❌️ Was not advised before or upon check in that workman would be coming through the unit & be on the balcony for a few hours.

Great views of the ocean. Location was right near the beach and Currumbin creek.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views of the beach. Easy access to the beach and nearby shops. Lovely relaxing stay.

We enjoyed everything about our stay.

The spacious apartment had been beautifully refurbished. The apartments are right on the patrolled beach and central to restaurants, shops and buses.

The pool area is a bit tired but it's evident that the outside of the building, reception, gym and lifts have been upgraded.

There was no air conditioner in the unit. Can be very uncomfortable in the middle of Summer

excellent view and location but the property is very old and need renovation on the apartment. Everything is very old toilet and washing machine all very old

We loved the view on entering the unit it was like the beach was right at the balcony The pool was such a delight the temp was perfect for all of us Gardens beautifully maintained as was foyer and BBQ area looked to have all you would need Had really good gym and games room

I thought our unit was a little run down but looked like there’d been some upgrades

Great sea view from the room; very close to the beach; near OOL airport.

Room was dated but ok- luck of the draw I suppose. Not cheap for what it was. Be mindful that it’s south of Burleigh Heads and not convenient to Broadbeach or Surfers. Having car best if you want to go far from the hotel.

The kitchenware was a bit basic and some of the plates were chipped.

Overall, cleanliness of the apartment was very poor, eg: food stains on kitchen appliances, and soft furnishings.Both toilets had stains around the bottom of the bowls (I purchased cleaning products to clean both toilets). Floor appeared to have not been swept or vacuumed. Lounge suite had sand throughout.Under beds and lounge had not been swept, I found what appeared to be a half-chewed tennis ball under the main bed. Fly screens torn and not able to slide on tracks.Sliding doors do not close properly. Toilet roll holder in bathroom 2 was difficult to access as it had been positioned too far from the toilet seat (not practical).Windows very dirty (I do understand that this is a very difficult task to perform, however, it appeared to have not been done for many years)Fridge has dents in the front of the door and rust build up.Dining suite had rust around the chair seats, dining table heavily marked and scratched.TV needs repairing had 3 flashes of lights permanently in the screen. Position of the furniture is not practical in the lounge room as you cannot sit in front of the TV screen and therefore you have to sit on an angle making viewing uncomfortable. Twin beds are not positioned practically to be able to access the cupboard. Not enough toilet paper, towels, handtowels, bathmats and tea towels supplied for one week stay. Pillows were very poor, flat, so we placed 2 together inside of a pillowcase. Bin under the kitchen sink broken and was very dirty on arrival. One of the apartment keys was extremely difficult to use and it barely fit into the lock. A person with not a lot of strength would not be able to use it.

The room was spacious with an amazing view. Patrolled beach in front. Short walk to supermarket. Bus stop out the front. Great pool too.
