If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be canceled, and the total cost of the accommodations will be charged. Please note that cash is not accepted at the property. All payments must be made by credit, debit or EFTPOS card. Unless paying now, payment for the entire stay and any incidentals is required upon arrival at the hotel. Card payments: Please note that a 1.66% charge applies when you pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, or JCB. All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds. Every three days, your suite will receive an Express Service, during which we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher, and empty the rubbish. For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive full service and be fully cleaned, including all linen, once every seven days. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorization upon booking. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to secure your reservation. A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. The bond amounts are as follows: - Studio/Suites with 1 bedroom: Up to AUD 100 - Suites with 2 bedrooms: Up to AUD 200 - Suites with 3 bedrooms: Up to AUD 400 - Penthouses: Up to AUD 2000 When booking 10 or more rooms, different policies may apply. Pre-payment for the night of 31 December will be required, per room. You will receive an email from Meriton(within 2 business days requesting the payment, which will be required within 24 hours after receiving the email. Please note that additional guests above the maximum unit occupancy are not permitted. Visitors are allowed on the property until 22:30.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 2000.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
