Very clean comfy bed

Price was up there but it was a Friday night

Convenience for what we wanted to do

I like the hotel because it was very beautiful and clean and also ? bus and train station was very near

I will be coming in October.

Enjoyable stay

After multiple attempts of cutting our keys, we were unable to use them to access the underground parking we had paid for. Staff had to let us in

Room was clean and tidy! Modern

Location was hard to get food.

I was very satisfied with my stay. Having a private washer and dryer in the unit was extremely convenient, and the apartment included all the amenities I needed for my two-week visit. The gym was clean, well-equipped, and never too crowded, which made it easy to keep up with my fitness routine. I also really appreciated the covered parking, which made coming and going much more convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable, well-appointed place to stay, and I would gladly return in the future.

The only drawbacks during my stay were a few minor issues. The breaker tripped when I used the toaster and microwave at the same time, though the front desk responded quickly and had it fixed right away. Additionally, some of the pets in the building could be a bit noisy when left out on their balconies, which occasionally disrupted the otherwise quiet atmosphere.

Gym facilities and apartment great . staff great. access to public transport awesome.

Needed more shuttles to and from Robina shopping mall to get to the supermarket. Annoying that room wasnt cleaned on Sundays. Pool could have been a bit hotter.

Loved the coffee station in the morning and having staff on until 11pm. The mini bar kept at your reception also fantastic.

The only thing I might mention is that the AC unit in the studio apartment was so bright it lit up the whole room. Had to wear an eye mask and my son who didn't have one found it so bright.

Location was perfect for watching the football at CBUS stadium. It was very modern and clean and the room was spacious.

The joining doors seemed unnecessary - my door sounded like it was opening when my neighbours exited and entered

Location was perfect. Easy walking distance to everything. Very clean and comfortable accommodations, especially as travelling with a small pet. Staff extremely friendly and helpful

no breakfast ,quite , good location , but building a big hotel or apartment building across the street , can be noisy at times..

It was a large well appointed 2br apartment. Wheelchair accessible bathroom was large and functional. It was very spacious.

Bathroom floor did not drain well.Very noisy location at train station and alot of construction- appears windows not double glazed. No breakfast options & lack of in-room information on how to access "affiliated" restaurant options

Spacious and clean room with comfortable bed. We were at the Gold Coast for the Running Festival which was a short walk away

That we couldn't stay longer ?

Very comfortable, big space, love that we can cook and make our own meals. Close to the shopping centre & public transport + the stadium. Good for a staycation!

I really liked that there was an outdoor area for my dog to go outside, this made his before bed and first thing toileting really helpful. It was private and enclosed so that I could take him out in my pajamas and he could take his time and not worry about people on the street seeing me in my jarmies! The staff were amazing, they made me feel welcome, they made my dog feel welcome and at ease and were so kind. It was lovely that there were gifts for my dog to eat and take with us. Really nice touch to the stay, thank you for this.

There wasn't really anything major, I felt a little itchy in the bedding. Also when I was trying to leave a laundry tuck pulled up behind me to load big baskets of linen. I told him I was leaving and he said that he would just be 5 mins whilst he loaded some big bags into the truck, it took him over 10 mins, probably closer to 15. Which was frustrating as I was literally about to drive out and there was not enough room to reverse to get out, I was on a long trip south and its frustrating when you are ready to hit the road to be held up.

Passable

The bed was not comfy causing a lot of pain next day., the noise of other guest all night.we have stayed there plenty of times and had no issues
