Room size and pool

Was not as clean as it could have been. Floors not vacuumed and shower not the best.

Room size , great lounge, 2 huge TVs, Foxtel, location

Nothing really that we didn't like, shower is over the bath, so have to step in which might be a problem if you struggled with mobility.Some street noise on an evening, not too bad and this generally stopped before midnight

Exceptional

The pools could if been refurbished as there was alot of discolouring and the pictures were deciding on linemade it look better than it was. But overall it was lovely to stay

Great location, clean property.

The reception lady on arriva/checkinl was quite condescending.

Convenience and quiet in a busyness of the Broadbeach life.

Needs an update but the layout is great In the apartment. The cupboards are showing age! Still a great place to stay and very very clean.

Paying $5 for the pool towels.

The location for what we needed was excellent. We love Broadbeach and the resort is close to shops, a plethora of restaurants and a supermarket… and it’s very close to the beach which is only 5 mins walk away.

We were in the East Tower and it is very dated. The apartment had paint peeling off a wall and we could not get the shower to work on either of the nights we stayed. We instead had to have baths so at least we could refresh ourselves. When taking the lift down to the foyer of that tower there was a really strange and pungent smell throughout that entire area before either going outside or coming back in.

The location and the facilities were great.The room was nice and big for the two of us.Reception staff were really nice.

Just a minor issue in the bathroom took a while to get it looked at.

Perfect size apartment, full kitchen, great pools, sauna and spa. Walking distance to everything. Very clean and comfortable.

Phoenician has been my daughter's favourite holiday destination to stay for the past 5+ yrs. Awesome staff super friendly & helpful when needed. Very clean facilities throughout. Location is perfect short walks to restaurants beach, parks etc. Cant wait for our next getaway with myself & my daughter. Highly recommend very family friendly.

Could of done with an bigger clothes air drying rack.

Some minor things in our room didn’t work eg lamps, lounge light

Proximity to everything.

Didn’t like the demands on how the room needed to be left before leaving which we always leave clean and no room service at in the four days.Paid big money to do the cleaning for them.

The location was great and the view of our unit was good.

No resort type services available like pool or in house bar and restaurant. Plenty of options outside though.

Location is amazing!! Facilities are good relative to the age of the property. Our 2 bedroom was very generous in size and layout, and was a comfortable stay!

Nothing really… if I had to knit pick- beds were a bit hard… not ideal having to pay for beach towels / toilet paper/ garbage bags

Bathroom exhaust fan is not working properly

Handy location. Early check in. Free parking.

There was a fan constantly running in the bathroom which did not turn off. The place was quite tired.
