The location was great very close to great restaurants and shops. The view from our balcony to the ocean was amazing.

There was no one at reception when we arrived within office hours and no note to say why. The place was being renovated so woke up to scaffolding ropes outside our bedroom window 1 morning Husbands towel had a brown stain on it.marks on the walls & carpet

The location is superb, right across the road from the beach and close to restaurants and coffee shops.

The noise from the pool maintenance can be heard all night if you are a light sleeper, as well as the light from the pool. If you keep the bedroom window closed to stop the noise, the room is quite stuffy. There is also no TV in the main bedroom despite exposed aerial cords running through the cupboard and along the ceiling. This looks quite untidy and amateurish.

Great location , close to everything. Restaurants , bars , beach , supermarket all within a 5 minute walk. Superb view if you are facing the beach

The 10am checkout that is endemic to the Gold Coast… 11 or 12 like they do in other countries would be much better

Great location, easy to access Broadbeach facilities and being across the road from the wonderful park and beach it was extra special.

Unfortunately with the room facing east it was subject to full sunlight from dawn. Blackout curtains would be a great addition to the rooms.

Very close to the beach, eateries, and shops. Has underground parking, but all the parking as you check in is on the road.

Booking was one room for two nights on an upper floor, when we got there the receptionist tried to shunt us into a ground floor room, as she said that they did not have any rooms available on the upper floors for two nights, that it was a known issue with Booking.com - one they obviously haven't been bothered to rectify. The lower floor room was cheaper and no partial refund was offered, so we had to stay one night in one room and the next night in another.On top of this, the receptionist lady was both rude and abrasive, as if we should've considered it an honour for us to stay at the hotel. We've travelled extensively through Australia and the world, and had only just come back from an extended stay in South Africa, and this woman's attitude was by far the worst we've encountered - with the sole exception of a shyster in Egypt many years ago.It's an old, dated hotel (the rooms show it - cracked mirrors, minor holes in the walls - so all it's got going for it is the location, but there's others only 50 meters back that are better. Never going back.

We had a lower sea view room so view was more of the park and trees across the road. It was extremely well located with restaurants on your doorstep and supermarket within walking distance. Would stay again.

Dated bathroom. We should have booked a room higher up to get better sea views.

Our apartment 904 was very tired and needs some work and needs a good clean . Also there is only air conditioning in the bedrooms .

We loved this accommodation. Perfectly located close to everything you need - the beach across the road, parks, eateries, supermarket and public transport. The pool area is wonderful with the pool being a very pleasant temperature. The view from the room was amazing. Easy parking. We will definitely be back!

The view was good . The apartment wasnt a nice as the photo on booking.com .....it had two bathrooms in one of them there was a light out the second bathroom had two lights out ...only had 2 towels each for the week .. no clean sheets just one set ...the toaster was filthy ..the work tops was dirty ...it was a very tired looking apartment would i stay there again no ...

You could"ent pull the curtain in the front room so if you was watching the tv you couldent see the picture ..they need new curtains or blinds that you can use ...as they was very worn out....also in main bedroom there was glue tac on the wall also a hook where maybe was picture or something there ...the whole place needs a really big clean up for the price that it cost....

The kitchen, appliances and bathrooms are quite old, needing a renovation. The e property photos were deceiving showing renovated bathrooms and kitchen.Only one set of dishwasher and laundry detergent. We had to ask for more every second day, which was inconvenient due to limited reception hours during Easter weekend.Some stains showing on bed linen and dirty mugs and pan.The parking spot allocated was occupied so we were assigned another one.

Location was great and had a great pool

Booked a 2 Bedroom superior apartment, the apt was nothing like the photos on the website. It was very dated, the furniture old and the apt was filthy on our arrival. There was black mould on all the drapes, they needed a good clean as did the lounge suite. The bathrooms had mold on the walls as well. We complained to the manager, she was so rude and unapologetic. It took 3 days to contact her as reception had limited hours. Floor had sand on it,and needed a good clean kitchen surfaces and cupboards needed a good wipe down. The wifi TV did not work for the last 3 days of our stay and the lift broke down on the final two days we were there. Due to nothing else being available we could move apts. Would not recommend staying here, definitely not value for mone, complex is shabby and the manager was not interested in the guests experience.

We had a great weekend, easy to get key and park in garage. View was spectacular, room was clean, modern and well equipped. Everything was within walking distance, we will book again.

Our room needed a bit of an upgrade for the price we paid. Other rooms were nicer than ours as we had other family and friends in the same hotel with rooms that had been renovated!!

Excellent position.. great view of beach and on the mall with lots of eateries and supermarket. Very pleasant, friendly and helpful staff
