Surprised to get full use of this big apartment.no lockout. Free parking nice smell in the whole place.all up pretty special and pleased with the staff. Good job.

Location is great! Neat and tidy apartment with nice facilities.

Only thing would be some black out curtains/blinds so our 5 year old doesn’t wake as soon as Th sun rises.

Location was perfect. Short walk to beach, Pacific fair and broadbeach dining.

Shower did not drain due adequately and pooled in bottom of shower.Air-conditioning in main room did not seem to be working correctly compared to lounge room or 2nd bedroom however portable fans were available to use.

Well located, walk to beach, restaurants, Metro trams and Broadbeach Shopping Centre. Didn't need a car once we got there for our 2 night stay.

the construction in front of the apartments was bad timing but they didn't work on Sunday which was great and its one of those things that has to happen from time to time.

The room was great location good people very nice

Clean and Tidy. The location was really good and the staff were helpful and polite.

All was good bot would have preferred to be higher.

Dated. No USB charging points.No one at reception when we arrived at 4:45pm to check in. Receptionist had obviously packed up and gone home early!

Amazing views - right where we wanted to be. The room was well maintained, with great furniture and a truly comfortable experience.

Some corners (behind curtains) weren't cleaned as well as they could have been - and our sheets had some stains on them (nothing too bad, just not 100%)

Great location, Close to tram, Pacific Fair, casino & Broadbeach lifesavers club. Easy access to the rest of the Gold Coast and hinter land.

the kids loved the pool area and the location.

the apartment was run down and needed upgrading(173). the shower had no door so alot of water entered the bathroom floor. the TV didn't work (not a huge problem for us but was not fixed during our stay).

Disappointed. Unfriendly. Indifferent. Daunting, cold, embarrassing check in process.

Difficult and daunting check in process. They debited our card for the full balance a week in advance. When we arrived to check in for the Easter break at 2pm Good Friday, the reception was closed, and I'd not been sent information about how to get the key to our prepaid room, like all other accommodation facilities I have stayed at. I had to press an intercom repetitively that didn't connect, then ring an obscure phone number and give out my credit card number embarrassingly in public, just to get the code to the key safe. On top of this I got a text from reception when I was out shopping at Pacific Fair on the Saturday morning (more worry and unpleasantness) saying I had to present at reception with (again credit card and photo ID) by 1pm or they might lock us out our prepaid room. Lucky I could make it back by 1pm or we might have been locked out, and lost our expensive personal possessions. When I raised the difficulties with the key safe with the girl at reception she behaved indifferently and my partner and I both thought this was odd. LOL, this has to be the most unfriendly service I have ever experienced in a hotel and I have been staying in the Broadbeach area since the 1960's. The room looked a bit tired, nothing's been done to it in the 6 years we been staying there. The only change is the price which has continued to increase. Uncomfortable pillows. Couldn't sleep. The style of room and rate I booked started on the 10th floor, and although I specifically requested a high floor I was allotted the minimum 10th level floor. Expensive for what it was. I don't feel this hotel has the exclusivity it tries to portray. Disappointed by their attitude.

Facilities, location, nice apartment with modern kitchen, nicely decorated and cleaned

The mattress in the bedroom was way too old and very uncomfortable, it needs to be changed.

Very nice, clean and very well outfitted apartment. Just a couple of blocks from the beach (but with an ocean view) AND only a block or so away from that connects to the airport and/or the rest of the Gold Coast. The staff was very friendly and helpful (although check in hours are a bit restrictive so plan ahead). Was a great place for some downtime (and I even did my laundry in the in-suite laundry machine (2 packs of detergent were provided ) .

Close to shops,restaurants and the beach

So close to the beach, amazing restaurants, shopping centre and the trams.

The rooms and bathrooms were quite old, dirty and dusty.

Room was excellent, spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and location was stunning. Staff were always friendly and kind, smiled at us. Pool was lovely as was the sauna. Gym looked great. We will be back!

The bathroom fan could have been a bit better, but we found that with the doors open to the balcony, it ventilated well enough. Residents who live in this building advised us that some people park deliberately in the few parks available for short stays. We managed to find a park each time but it did seem like a quiet weekend, during school holidays etc it may be more difficult.

Great room size in a 1 bedroom apartment with uninterrupted view of the ocean from good size balcony. Reception staff very friendly & helpful.

Spotless BBQ with oil etc. very handy. Great location. Lovely pool. Excellent kitchen facilities not just empty cupboards.

The property was wonderful, the staff (Nikki and Lauren) were lovely and helpful.

The cutlery and dishes were dirty and we had to wash all before using.
