Bathrooms & kitchen a little dated but good value for money

Great location and very clean apartment with comfortable beds.

The main lights in the two bedrooms didn’t work. Perhaps they need new bulbs but the bedside lamps were fine. The main living room carpet was old and stained. Replacement carpet or tiled flooring would really lift the apartment.

Fabulous location and all amenities

The unit we stayed in was very tired. I appreciate not wanting to put new things in the units for people to destroy, but there was mould on some of the lamp shades, it was very dusty and carpet tacks were showing in the second bedroom. This made the stay a little less than ideal.

Great views, open plan, great location

Some parts were dated. Old furniture and art could be easily improved at low cost. Basic amenities.

The location is fantastic, right across the road from the beach and walking distance to the supermarket, Burleigh Heads etc.

We booked Cashelmara as we had stayed several years ago and enjoyed the experience. This time around the same level of apartment was considerably older and poorer quality than what we had booked several years ago, therefore not matching expectations.

Overall a great place to stay close to everything.

Needs aircon. Was very hot in unit on arrival and fans don’t provide any cooling.

The apartment was spacious and across the road from the Beach. Pool and Spa very good. Great views of the sunrise over the sea. Underground parking. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing place to stay.

The apartment needs a little updating in the lounge area

The view of the beach from both the living room and the master bedroom were fantastic. The finishings were all appropriate to the location, clean and tidy with all essentials available. The bed linen and towels were all fresh. Views and sunsets to the opposite side were amazing too. Beds were comfortable with lots of hanging space in the robes and hangers provided. Location was great, very close to north Burleigh surf club for breakfast and a short walk in the opposite direction for restaurants and shops and buzzing night life on James Street. Found a cool wine bar for cocktails and then Mexican for dinner on the Saturday night.

The noise from the main road for the twin room was a little noisy at night which limited opening of the window to let fresh air in. Although there were vented air ducts into the apartment, it wasn't sufficient enough to cool the space in the bedrooms particularly being in summer, so we were reliant on opening the doors from the balcony to let the sea breeze through. In doing so it was a bit noisy from the sound of the sea, but you can't have everything, and the views counteracted this issue and electric fans were provided. Disappointingly, there was maintenance work being done around the pool area on the Saturday, so we were not able to use the facilities comfortably and without drilling noise however, on speaking to the property manager, she promptly offered a return discount for us in the future as some form of compensation which was much appreciated.

Great quiet location but close to restaurants, beach etc. Super well equipped kitchen. Interiors were gorgeous. Definitely would return.

Clean, fantastic view and the location was good

I needs an airconditioner, the fans just did not help at all

Great view, close to cafes, bars and shops and of course the beach. Comfortable beds, linen, and towels. Had everything we needed Off street free parking.

It was very uncomfortable for sleeping as there was no air-conditioning, not even in the bedrooms. There were ceiling fans, but in the Australian summer in the middle of the hottest part of the year, I didn't find this good enough, and for the price. I have never known anywhere in Australia that don't have air-conditioning. I would come back but not in summer unless this is rectified.

Wendy was so friendly and helpful when we arrived earlier than check in and stored our suitcases so we could explore. The room was beautiful and clean and the veiw incredible. Highly recommend.

Lovely bright and clean apartment. Location fantastic.

Superbly located for beach views through perfect pines. Local amenities in easy reach and reasonable bus connections despite the ongoing road works on the Gold Coast Highway. The room sizes were lovely and the balcony a bonus. Amazing sun rise and sunsets can be soaked up from this vantage point.Well maintained property and grounds with regular service updates and an easily accessible pool. Car parking easy. The staff were friendly, efficient and accommodating. It’s all good ?

Main bedroom very hot

We enjoyed our stay at Burleigh Heads. The apartment is in a great location, close proximity to the beach and walking distance to places to eat. We made good use of the pool too.

The unit we stayed in would be better if the kitchen and ensuite bathroom facilities had an upgrade. The inclusion of air conditioning would be great for hot days and when no sea breeze. Sliding doors for the balcony were not always easy to open.

Location was fantastic, ocean views were stunning and the apartment was spacious and clean. A 30 second walk to the beach was incredible, and only 10 minutes into the heart of Burleigh. Wendy was lovely to deal with and allowed me to drop off my bag until check in time.
