Dissatisfied.

I booked a 3 bedroom apartment for 6 nights. The Aircon in main bedroom didn’t work the whole time we were there! The unit was very hot & uncomfortable. I informed the staff on site multiple times, and was told on 3 separate occasions a technician would be attending our unit. The Technician never turned up, nothing at all was done to fix it. We did notice a portable stand up fan in the main bedroom wardrobe, which made it very clear to us, that the broken Aircon was a ‘pre existing’ problem!! Very disappointing as I booked multiple months earlier and it was nearly $6000 for 6 nights. We won’t be back.

Excellent facilities and fantastic Seaview from apartment. Very quiet apartment relaxing stay.

Slightly dated, but lovely view and well maintained.

It was lovely.

Didn’t like the fact they don’t supply essential items such as spray and wipe, salt, pepper, dishwasher tablets etc etc.

We loved the pools and the spa, enjoyed the fun easter festivity. Location was excellent across from the beach. The view on the rooftop was amazing and the staff were so kind and helpful.

The beds were very hard and some parts of the wall and bathtub had some ceramic patches over the top but it was fine.

Exceptional views which is probably what you pay for.

Apartment was quite “lived in”-marks on walls and carpets. Leaking shower. Some of the cutlery was dirty.There were some interesting smells in the foyer/lift areas.

Very dated, unit smelt musty and mould in kitchen.Rugs needed replacing.Whole unit needed massive overhaul and a good clean.Would not recommend or stay here again.Plenty of other places to stay.

The GC has lots of accomm, look elsewhere.

Men book it, women run for the hills!!!!Having seen one of the rooms previously we booked. Excited for our holiday, only to be very disappointed with the substandard offering overlooking the highway & and roadwork. This tiny man cave's feature is not the ocean viewsbut some carefully placed wall mirrors, a twin seat facing a wall (not a view) and a 100 inch flat screen TV. If comforts your go, this is not for you.

Fantastic location and large spacious ocean view room

Wifi wasn't working and when we called the "after hours" phone number, it was actually just the number that goes through to reservations department. They could not help us (nor did they offer any alternatives for someone who could help us). Also, since this property is marked as a 4 star property, we would have expected to be able to reach a staff member before 5pm on a Saturday.

The view was excellent and the apartment great. Very clean, with great fittings, etc.

There needs to be instructions as to how to get free to air TV on the Television. It took us quite a while to work out how to do that, and a phone call after hours.Also, no WIFI password etc provided to my husband when he checked in, so we were without WIFI for the first night.

Graeme the cleaner was friendly and helpful.As for the so called manager Allysha. She was hard to track down to talk to and convey my concerns.

Customer service was appalling. Being in Customer service all my adult life and after working for Emirates Airline for 12 years, I am well aware of how to listen and provide the utmost customer service. The so called Manager Allysha was hardly ever to be located on site and never available to talk to. Eventually when I managed to track her down to express my concerns, she would not listen to my feedback. She continually spoke over me in a rude tone, she had no compassion and she showed no empathy to listen to my situation. The morning after cyclone Alfred hit, after an entire night with no power or phone signal, there was nobody at the front desk to assist with issues. No support or customer service was available. There was zero communication, not even any displayed written information at the front desk on how to get support or information. I went to book into another establishment and the customer service was next level regardless of experiencing the same cyclone with the same issues Alfred brought.

Incredible location and views. Apartments were really nice, but the apartment we were in was starting to feel a little 'used'. I know some other apartments have been renovated, but ours wasn't one of those. It's definitely not a bad thing, just something to note.

Great location and view of the beach. Very comfortable and clean.

The pool was great and the view we were given was awesome. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was a little dated there wasn’t much attention to detail with cleaning.

Fabulous view, opposite beach, very clean with pleasant surroundings and good facilities.

It would have been good to get the code to get the keys early in the day. We had a late checkin and the suggested method (which was after hours) did not go smoothly.All we needed was a code to be texted to us.

Great location and spacious apartments. We had ground floor one which had a lovely secluded outdoor area

Aged and cleaning was not the best

not a lot of great resturants within walking distance but surf club has a lot on offer and is right next door!
