- Helpful staff, exceptionally clean, and great location.
- The location. We downgraded from a grandview room to a room was an accessible bathroom and the staff at check in gave us a complementary breakfast for two people.
- friendly and approachable staff, prompt room service and very good privacy.
Cons -
- Nothing
- The TV did not work properly and kept going off and the wireless signal was not great in our room
- Really poor room view wise. A king delux on the 10th floor at the same price as a 29th floor room (terrible when you consider the view is of rooftop tennis and basketball courts- which are great facilities but not the city view as promised) Overpriced.
