The suites at The Branksome Hotel & Residences all come equipped with a digital concierge, motorized black-out blinds and a TV that features unlimited movies for an additional charge of $8 per day. Guests staying at The Branksome can dine at the on-site restaurant, East-meets-West or enjoy a drink at the bar. There is a swimming pool, a separate children's pool, sauna, 24-hour fully equipped fitness center and a children's playground constructed from natural native timber logs. - We ate dinner at the restaurant which was excellent. It was a little pricey, but the food and service were very good. We arrived early from an international flight and were able to check in early.
- The front desk staff was amazing. There were multiple people checking in and hotel employee handled everyone with grace and professionalism, even some guests who were not patient or kind. She and her colleague (whose name I sadly did not get) were excellent.
- Large, updated room.
Cons -
- The hotel was pricey but they did accommodate 4 individuals in the same suite so that helped to save money.
- The neighborhood was a bit off-putting and the exterior looks dated, but the interior was lovely.
- Menu included gluten free food that was in fact not gluten free. Staff refunded cost of item though and said they'd fix it.
