Hotel Napoleon

Size of room and bathroom and as large and well done for a European bathroom. Great restaurant and fun service. 10 min walk to train station

Staff was welcoming and always helpful, particularly Francesca and Stephanie at the front desk. Breakfast room staff also very accommodating being so helpful in finding us the best table to bring our 2 dogs in with us. Parking in site was a plus.

Front desk wasn’t very nice. Didn’t have beach towels.

Nice pool, friendly staff. Beach is just across the street.

Parking was important for us and we chose this hotel based on listed parking. When we arrived they only had a few spots which were already taken. Had to park a distance offsite with luggage which is what we were trying to avoid.

Breakfast and selection of cheese was excellent. Decorr beautiful and very comfortable. I liked the location although it was very noisy …walk to train station was easy and bus right outside door. Staff lovely …the staff at breakfast were fatuous and so friendly. My room had every comfort imaginable.

I wish staff had known more about local sights to see.

It was easy to walk into town. Location was quiet. We had a room with a garden view. The breakfast was varied and good quality. The hairdryer was not too fierce which is usually the case

One sachet of milk in the room had gone off. We got some more from reception with no problem. One day we only had one bath towel so had to ask for another which we got again with no problem. I would have liked a electrical point near to a mirror for my heated hairbrush, but maybe this is not done for health and safety.

Very clean and well kept hotel.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Tip: Ask for a garden facing room. The front facing rooms have a great view of the bay but it is on the road.

A bit far away from city center. Soundproofing is not at the best level. Road noise.Room is quite small.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, particularly the people at the front desk. Location across from the beach was very good.

The room was too small for two people. We were surprised, even in France, where rooms can be small. By contrast, the Gounod, in Nice, gave us a much larger room, similar to US standard hotel room, for a much lower price than our time room at the Napoleon.

Location is very good, just across the road from the beach front promenade, walking distance from the town and close proximity to many restaurants. Great to have a pool, but the sun lounge area is limited. Nice also to have a small cheaper breakfast option.

We feel that rooms with Seaview are overpriced.
