Best Western Premier Hotel Prince de Galles

Very comfy king bed (hard to find in Europe!), friendly staff and awesome location by the sea.

Room was very hot and the AC didn?t work.

Location and proximity to shore, beautiful interior, beautiful rooms. This was truly an elegant hotel, rooms very comfortably furnished, all the comforts of home!

Would’ve been nice to have paid parking location.

The place is noisy and the room is not sound proof as they said, so I didn't sleep well because of car sound and people sound in the runway

The room faced the mountains but was quiet and resrful. Perfectly appointed. Beautiful! The staff were great recommending olaces to grab dinner for our evening. The fumm breakfast had so many tasty choices. It was delicious. Also the physical setting of the lobby through from street to sea view- awesome! We went for a stroll along the beach walk after breakfast. We’ll be back!

Rooms were updated and clean.

Booking reads that there is air conditioning /temperature control in the rooms. When we arrived the room was so warm - although it was cool outside. Reception let us know that the owner turned off system so no way to cool the room down except window open… which we usually do but the street noise was incredible. So so loud this was impossible to sleep with it open. So super hot in the night and no way to cool down. We hardly slept the two nights. I told the reception and they said that the owner would offer a gesture, but haven’t seen this yet. Very disappointed and don’t recommend this hotel unfortunately.

Very clean and confortable in a good area

we had a lovely stay. The staff were very kind, polite and welcoming!!! The breakfast buffet was very good as well. The location was perfect just by the ocean. Wonderful! Very clean. The gym was a plus for us!

Our room was very small and located on the ground floor, literally facing almost nothing. Too pricey for that kind of room.

The ocean view was splendid.

The lack of a tub in oceanside rooms was a disappointment. This would have made Prince de Galles a perfect honeymoon destination. Additionally, since the hotel lacks a beachfront and a swimming pool, management should consider forming a strategic partnership with a nearby beach club to transport interested guests to a nearby beach.

The friendliness of the receptionist (Daria) she was so helpful and professional. She Also helped us a lot with the parking as a big group. the room was a bit small but very clean and tidy. Bathroom was very convenient and nicely scented shower gel was like a cool breeze in the hot weather. AC was very good and also free minibar was a kind gesture

The a/c in the room never got cool. It made sleeping difficult.

Room too hot to sleep.

The issue was that the room was incredibly hot with no control over the temperature. We asked at the desk if we could adjust the heat/ AC and the answers was basically “it is what it is.” We asked again before the second night and were given a fan. We had to have the window open next to a very busy street, so a terrible sleep.

Location The hotel boasts an excellent location. The staff is exceptionally courteous and professional. I would particularly like to extend my gratitude to Ms. Daria at the reception, whose kindness, helpfulness, and willingness to assist at any time were truly outstanding. Employees like her are an invaluable asset and should be a standard in the hospitality industry."

We enjoyed our stay of five nights. We found the bedroom and bathroom extremely well laid-out with everything we needed in a compact layout. It had a sea view and a very comfortable bed. Top marks for the hotel breakfast, well worth the extra cost, with tempting items all around us. Frank kept everything topped up and organised. He was also a fount of local knowledge and advice. A unique feature of this hotel is the complimentary lemon water and lemon cake served every afternoon.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. Loved the location. Breakfast was excellent. Loved that the hotel was in a pretty older building, right on the beach. Lemon water, and afternoon coffee, tea, and cake were a lovely touch.

Room relatively small. 20 minute walk to centre of town ( local bus available). Restaurant menu fairly limited for a week's stay
