No elevator and no in-room telephone (minor issues)

Considering that the hotel has two stars, everything was adequate. Nice room, small but tidy bathroom, balcony.IF you plan to arrive after the end of the working day, you will receive an email with instructions on how to get into the hotel. If there are free spaces on the street, you can park your car right in front of the hotel - as was the case with us. All the information was sent to us, so there were no unplanned surprises.

We stayed for one night and can't say anything negative.

The kindness and intelligence of the owner and his family. We felt welcomed and inspired to have a beautiful family trip to Menton and we did! We will be back. The breakfast was very good and presented in a relaxing way.

The staff was really friendly, there was not the elevator in the hotel but the man at reception helped us to take the luggage upstairs. Position was good, 5 min from the station and the structure in general was really comfortable.

The managers at the hotel were super helpful and friendly. The location was great, a short walk to the beach and a very pleasant 15 minute stroll to the old town area.Also, very easy to walk to from the train station

We received the warmest welcome in the entire cote d’azure in this hotel. Personnel is attentive, nice, speaks a lot of languages and folks do everything for you to have a pleasant stay. The hotel is located very conveniently just 1 min walking distance from the beach.

WiFi dropouts.

Exceeded my expectations. I stayed with my 7 year old daughter for 3 nights. The new owners were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and modern with a wonderful shower. It was next door to a supermarket and some restaurants, and it was 2 minutes to the sea. We couldn't have asked for better. I don't usually stay in the same place twice but I'd be tempted with this hotel.

This hotel is under new management who gave us a very warm and generous welcome. They were flexible in letting us into our rooms early. Our rooms were very clean and exceptionally quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located just a short walk from the town center and we enjoyed leisurely strolls along the promenade with its beautiful sea views.

Far from center of town, did not know it locks up at certain hours so you cannot store your luggage if you arrive before.

No lift, towels are not changed even it’s dirty, wifi is very weak

• The hotel was really close to the beach• There were many restaurants and shops nearby• The room was very clean and spacious, and to some extent I can even say modern• The gentlemen we met at the reception was super cool, polite and friendly

• When we arrived, it was pouring rain and the hotel was closed. There was no way to get inside, and they only had a sign in French that basically said the reception is closed between 14:00-15:00. It was also printed on a small paper so it wasn't that obvious + having it only in French is a bit weird if you don't speak the language. Are there no tourists from other countries going to Menton besides us, or what? ?• We stayed for 3 nights and paid 400€, but not even one time in these 3 nights have we had our towels changed on extra toilet paper brought to the room. They had a card printed out in the room which said "Due to saving the environment bla bla, eco bla bla, we only change the towels every 3 days". We had to buy some toiled paper from the shop, cause it was weird when we saw they weren't bringing any besides the 2 rolls we received when we arrived. • The soap and the showed gel were a joke, they weren't making and foam at all and it felt like you would only wash with water, even if you poured out the whole bottle. Again, we had to buy a shower gel from the store.

It is very close to the beach and the city center, some grocery stores, restaurants and bars. The railway station is also only a 10-minute walk away. Clean and great price. The hosts are kind and helpful.

Excellent, convenient, very clean and comfortable rooms. Would definitely recommend as a good value option for Menton. Close to beach and train station and only a short walk to the old town.

All good, only problem was the storm that led to our train home being cancelled!
