Nice view from the balcony. Awesome beach close to the hotel.

There was no administration at the hotel, even in the morning and afternoon. A huge hornet was waiting for us in the room, which we had to eliminate ourselves.

Great location, room was smaller which didn't allow for us to set up our bikes like we needed to.

Room was a lot smaller than we anticipated.

Everything was as expected, rooms were small but comfy, cleaning was good. The bathroom was decent sized. The location is really good, we had a room facing the marina with a small balcony (very nice view). It was in front of the road, a little noisy, but it didn't bother me. Another room was in the back side, much quieter but no view.

It was all good.

I loved the ease of self check in that was outside of reception hours. Just made everything so easy. The breakfast was great with a good selection. Staff were extremely helpful and the views were fabulous

Lovely hotel. Close to the beach. Lovely clean room,plenty of choice for breakfast and the manager was exceptional.

The bed was quite comfy, better than the bed sofas you find at other places in Menton. It was quite and the bathroom was spacious. Easy check in and out

The floor was super dirty and the mattress started to have the shape of a used mattress that feels like a "W". If they would at least turn it around would be super!

You get very good value for your money. The location is excellent either by car or by train. Breakfast is modest, but there are cafés and breakfast places in the proximity, if you should opt to book without. There is even a pizza street food vendor and a restaurant next door, so you won't go hungry, for sure!

Unfortunately, there is pay parking in front of the hotel, that we had not been aware of, so we received a ticket :-(

10/10! Great spot, good views and comfortable room! 30 minutes from Monaco and 30 minutes from the Italian Riviera

Tiny room, low quality everything. The parking is extremely narrow.

The view

The guy in the reception is just abnoxious, to say the least. All of that for a stupid stupid reason. It's just mad. I asked him for a couple paper cups (gobelets) he said he doesn't have any. Seconds later he comes up with a giant bag of cups to fill-in the coffe machine, and then I saw another set next to the juice machine, so I said here they are, would it be possible to take one. I wouldn't even refuse to pay for it .. i just need them ...The guy started yelling at me ... From his pointnof view, everything i need should already be there in the room. That wasn't the case .... At the end, one of the ladies there (which I thank) gave me one.The reason I say this is, as long as you don't deal with that guy, your stay will be fine. But if you do, it might no go that well.Other than that, good view and clean room. Just an abnoxious receptionist.

Fantastic location right at the shore! Nice modern bathroom.

Nowhere to hang a towel in the bathroom and no hand towel.

Really accommodating for us and our 2 dogs. Only €5 a night. Excellent location to our needs and breakfast was superb.

Clean and accessible. Bathroom a good size and fabulous view of the harbour and Menton the town.

Location near the train station it was clean and provided a good breakfast

There was a regular buzzing during the night. We were offered the option of changing rooms but no explanation for the noise
